發(fā)電廠凝結(jié)水泵變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我國現(xiàn)正處于高速發(fā)展階段,能源開發(fā)和利用也處于高速增長階段,高效利用和節(jié)約能源已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)代中國急需解決的重大問題。隨著我國推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,電力體制改革逐步實(shí)行競價(jià)上網(wǎng)。這要求電力企業(yè)一方面努力降低發(fā)電耗能與成本,另一方面加大脫硫、除塵等設(shè)備投入,嚴(yán)格降低污染排放。然而為提高上網(wǎng)電價(jià)競爭力,廠用電的節(jié)能見效快,適應(yīng)當(dāng)今環(huán)境與能源的需求,具有舉足輕重意義。隨著高壓變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)的發(fā)展,發(fā)電廠風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵類用電設(shè)備也開始使用變頻調(diào)速,從而有效降低發(fā)電耗能與成本。 新疆阿拉爾盛源電廠新建兩臺350MW超臨界空冷火電機(jī)組,電廠汽機(jī)側(cè)除氧器采用高壓凝結(jié)水泵上水。本文以阿拉爾盛源電廠的高壓凝結(jié)水泵的變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為研究背景,通過分析系統(tǒng)節(jié)能原理及高壓變頻器原理,給出了高壓凝結(jié)水泵變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),并在阿拉爾盛源電廠項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)行實(shí)施。具體如下: 首先,分析了高壓電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速方式及高壓凝結(jié)水泵變頻節(jié)能的原理,根據(jù)凝泵工作原理,其流量和揚(yáng)程與電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速之間存在一定的關(guān)系,當(dāng)機(jī)組負(fù)荷降低時(shí),凝泵流量下降,此時(shí)如能通過變頻調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速隨之下降,則可以有效降低能耗,節(jié)約能源。 其次,以凝結(jié)水泵變頻調(diào)速運(yùn)行為背景,對凝泵變頻系統(tǒng)整體結(jié)構(gòu)和主要元器件進(jìn)行選型比較,得到系統(tǒng)高壓變頻器實(shí)際應(yīng)用選型,詳細(xì)介紹了所選北京合康億盛變頻器的主體結(jié)構(gòu)、變頻特性和控制運(yùn)行方式。 再次,針對阿拉爾盛源電廠高壓凝結(jié)水泵系統(tǒng)的工藝控制要求,設(shè)計(jì)了一套高壓變頻器系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案,并且變頻電源具有冗余特性,即在變頻器出現(xiàn)故障情況時(shí),可自動(dòng)將變頻電源切換成工頻電源,從而使機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。對變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能測試,滿足工藝運(yùn)行控制要求,并簡要介紹變頻器柜的操作方法。 綜上所述,為了滿足工藝需求和節(jié)能減排兩個(gè)方面,變頻節(jié)能首當(dāng)其沖,成為最佳選擇。阿拉爾盛源熱電廠經(jīng)過一年多的運(yùn)行,凝結(jié)水泵高壓變頻系統(tǒng)節(jié)能效果顯著,該系統(tǒng)降低了經(jīng)濟(jì)成本和后續(xù)設(shè)備維護(hù)成本,水泵振動(dòng)和噪聲也得到明顯改善,提高了水泵的效率和自動(dòng)化水平,受到了用戶的歡迎。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the high speed development stage, the energy development and utilization is also in the high speed growth stage, the high efficiency utilization and the saving energy already becomes the important question which the contemporary China urgently needs to solve. Along with the adjustment of economic structure and the change of development mode, the electric power system reform has been carried out step by step. This requires electric power enterprises to reduce energy consumption and cost of power generation on the one hand, and increase the input of desulfurization and dust removal equipment on the other, so as to strictly reduce pollution emissions. However, in order to improve the competitiveness of electricity price, it is of great significance to save energy and adapt to the demand of environment and energy. With the development of high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation technology, power plant fans and pump power equipment also began to use frequency conversion speed regulation, thus effectively reducing the energy consumption and cost of power generation. Two 350MW supercritical air-cooled thermal power units have been built in Xinjiang Alar Shengyuan Power Plant. The steam turbine side deaerator of the power plant uses high pressure condensate water pump to feed water. In this paper, based on the design of variable frequency speed regulation system of high pressure condensate pump in Ala'er Shengyuan Power Plant, by analyzing the principle of energy saving and high voltage frequency converter, the design of variable frequency speed regulation system of high pressure condensate pump is given. And in the Alar Shengyuan power plant project operation implementation. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the frequency conversion speed regulation mode of high voltage motor and the principle of high voltage condensing pump. According to the working principle of condensing pump, there is a certain relationship between the flow rate and the head and the speed of the motor. When the load of the unit is reduced, the flow rate of the condensing pump decreases, and if the motor speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion, the energy consumption can be reduced and energy can be saved. Secondly, based on the background of variable frequency speed regulation of condensate pump, the whole structure and main components of variable frequency system of condensate pump are selected and compared, and the practical application selection of high voltage converter is obtained. The main structure, frequency conversion characteristic and control operation mode of Beijing Hekang Yisheng inverter are introduced in detail. Thirdly, according to the process control requirements of the high voltage condensate pump system in Alar Shengyuan Power Plant, a set of implementation scheme of high voltage inverter system is designed, and the frequency conversion power supply has the redundancy characteristic, that is, when the frequency converter is out of order, Frequency conversion power can be automatically switched to power frequency power supply, so that the normal operation of the unit. The performance test of frequency conversion speed regulating system is carried out to meet the requirements of process operation and the operation method of inverter cabinet is introduced briefly. In conclusion, in order to meet the process demand and energy saving and emission reduction, frequency conversion energy saving is the first choice. After more than a year of operation, the condensate pump high-voltage frequency conversion system has remarkable energy-saving effect, which reduces the economic cost and the maintenance cost of the follow-up equipment, and the pump vibration and noise are obviously improved. It improves the efficiency and automation of the pump, and is welcomed by the users.
