【摘要】：提出聚類采樣預(yù)處理和集成分類器的方法來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)含概念漂移的分布式發(fā)電孤島檢測(cè)問(wèn)題。首先提出利用聚類算法對(duì)電氣信息進(jìn)行預(yù)處理和再采樣。然后分析了單一分類器的歸納偏置現(xiàn)象,提出利用集成分類器的互補(bǔ)性提高孤島檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確率。仿真算例中充分考慮了功率不平衡度,本地負(fù)荷擾動(dòng)等因素。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,上述兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)提高分布式發(fā)電孤島檢測(cè)的精度和泛化能力具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:A method of cluster sampling preprocessing and integrated classifier is proposed to deal with the problem of distributed generation islanding detection with concept drift. Firstly, a clustering algorithm is proposed to preprocess and resample electrical information. Then the inductive bias phenomenon of single classifier is analyzed and the complementarity of integrated classifier is proposed to improve the accuracy of islanding detection. The power imbalance and local load disturbance are fully considered in the simulation examples. The experimental results show that the above two links play an important role in improving the accuracy and generalization ability of distributed islanding detection.
