液動(dòng)自力式高加三通閥組的開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:The three-way valve set of hydrodynamic self-driving (medium driven) high additive (high pressure heater) is the second kind of key valve in the research and development project of "key valves of supercritical thermal power unit". It is mainly used in the power plant water supply cycle heating pipeline system, the main function is to remove the high addition from the pipeline system, so as to realize the function of protection and online maintenance. Hydraulic (self-operated) inlet three-way valve, hydraulic (self-propelled) outlet three-way valve set has advantages in overall system design, technical breakthrough, performance and economic benefits. It is the best choice of high-and three-way valve set in super (supercritical) fire motor. So far, the hydraulic self-drive (medium-driven) high-pass valve group mainly depends on foreign imports. The research and development of hydrodynamic self-actuated (medium driven) high add three-way valve set in the key valve of supercritical thermal power unit has become a key problem that must be solved in the development process of thermal power unit in China. In this paper, the development process of hydraulic self-actuated (medium driven) high-add three-way valve group is described in detail, and the comprehensive application of control technology and hydraulic transmission technology is described in accordance with the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, large caliber, high performance and other working conditions and requirements, such as high temperature, high pressure, large caliber, high performance and so on. Fluid dynamics and other modern design technology and multi-professional knowledge, studied the overall design, three-way valve structure, driving mechanism, main materials, manufacturing and assembly process and other specific content; The design calculation and finite element analysis of the design and performance of the product are carried out, and the design of the product is confirmed by the trial production of the prototype and the test. The development process fully reflects the important role of modern design methods in the process of product design, greatly improves the reliability and success rate of product design, and plays a role in shortening the R & D cycle and reducing R & D costs. The product has passed the appraisal of the industry expert, and has the market promotion and the sale condition. The paper has important reference value for the research and development of similar products.
