輸電線路長棒形瓷絕緣子的耐污性能

【摘要】:為研究掛網(wǎng)長棒形瓷絕緣子的耐污性能,采用ANSYS三維有限元和全尺寸人工污穢試驗(yàn)等方法對長棒形瓷絕緣子的電位分布、污閃特性、積污規(guī)律及有效爬電距離進(jìn)行了探討。仿真結(jié)果表明:與盤型結(jié)構(gòu)相比,500k V線路長棒形瓷絕緣子串的電位分布更加不均勻,超過50%運(yùn)行電壓集中在高壓側(cè)第1節(jié)元件上。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:長棒形瓷絕緣子交流污閃電壓與串長呈線性關(guān)系,與等值鹽密呈負(fù)冪指函數(shù)關(guān)系;重污穢條件(ρESDD=0.1mg/cm2及ρESDD=0.125 mg/cm2)下,500 k V線路長棒形瓷絕緣子的U50%較雙傘型瓷絕緣子低27%~28.2%;此外,長期掛網(wǎng)測量數(shù)據(jù)表明,長棒形瓷絕緣子在濕潤地區(qū)運(yùn)行時表面污穢度可長期維持在較低水平,推薦爬電距離有效系數(shù)K≈0.98;而在半濕潤地區(qū)污穢度則隨時間呈指數(shù)函數(shù)增長,并且長期會趨于飽和,推薦爬電距離有效系數(shù)K≈0.89。以上參數(shù)可為不同降水量地區(qū)的外絕緣選擇提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the antifouling performance of the long rod ceramic insulator, the potential distribution, pollution flashover characteristic, fouling law and effective creeping distance of the long rod porcelain insulator were studied by ANSYS 3D finite element method and full-size artificial contamination test. The simulation results show that the potential distribution of the long rod insulator string of 500kV transmission line is more uneven than that of the disk structure, and more than 50% of the operating voltage is concentrated on the first section element of the high voltage side. The experimental results show that the AC flashover voltage of the long rod porcelain insulator is linearly related to the string length and negative power exponential function to the equivalent salt density. Under the condition of heavy pollution (蟻 ESDD=0.1mg/cm2 and 蟻 ESDD=0.125 mg/cm2), the U50% of the long rod porcelain insulator in 500kV transmission line is 27. 28% lower than that of the double umbrella porcelain insulator. The surface contamination degree of long rod porcelain insulators can be maintained at a low level in wet areas for a long time, and the effective coefficient of creeping distance K 鈮,
