環(huán)氧-云母復(fù)合絕緣固化過程介電響應(yīng)特性

【摘要】:為研究環(huán)氧-云母復(fù)合絕緣固化工藝條件對大型發(fā)電機(jī)絕緣質(zhì)量影響的機(jī)理,采用頻域譜法對電機(jī)線棒試品進(jìn)行寬頻介電譜測試。根據(jù)介電響應(yīng)理論推導(dǎo)出介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)隨頻率和溫度變化的關(guān)系式,同時實驗研究了不同固化溫度、固化時間下的介電參數(shù)頻域特性。結(jié)果表明,170℃完全固化后的絕緣體系的介電響應(yīng)特性要優(yōu)于150℃和160℃時未達(dá)到完全固化的絕緣體系,固化后絕緣體系中小分子交聯(lián)聚合成大分子,使能發(fā)生固化的極性分子大大減少,整體損耗也小于150℃和160℃下的損耗,且完全固化后的試樣中各頻率對應(yīng)的損耗散點圖也明顯有一個收斂的趨勢。研究表明,隨著固化程度的增加,介質(zhì)中容易發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)向極化的小分子逐漸減少,使同等頻率下的松弛損耗相對于未固化時的損耗大幅度減小,固化后環(huán)氧-云母復(fù)合絕緣體系的介電性能有大幅度提高。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of curing process conditions of epoxy and mica composite insulation on the insulation quality of large generators, the frequency domain spectrum method was used to test the wide band dielectric spectrum of motor wire rod samples. Based on the dielectric response theory, the relationship of dielectric loss factor with frequency and temperature is derived, and the frequency domain characteristics of dielectric parameters under different curing temperature and curing time are studied experimentally.
