計(jì)及PMU量測(cè)的分步線(xiàn)性狀態(tài)估計(jì)模型

【摘要】:提出一種基于廣域量測(cè)系統(tǒng)(wide area measurement system,WAMS)和數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)系統(tǒng)混合量測(cè)的電力系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)估計(jì)方法,該方法充分利用相量測(cè)量單元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)量測(cè)方程為線(xiàn)性方程的特點(diǎn),將SCADA量測(cè)方程分解為兩步線(xiàn)性化方程,并將PMU量測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)中的電壓幅值平方、電流幅值平方和相角量測(cè)分別添加到2個(gè)線(xiàn)性化方程中,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)PMU和SCADA混合量測(cè)狀態(tài)估計(jì)的非迭代計(jì)算,提高了計(jì)算效率。通過(guò)IEEE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)和波蘭電網(wǎng)仿真算例,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:A power system state estimation method based on hybrid measurements of wide area measurement system (WAMS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems is proposed. The method makes full use of the characteristics of the phasor measurement unit (PMU) measurement equation as a linear equation. The SCADA measurement equation is decomposed into two-step linearization equations. Voltage amplitude squared, current amplitude squared and phase angle measurements in PMU measurement data are added to the two linearization equations respectively. The non-iterative calculation of PMU and SCADA mixed measurement state estimation is realized and the computational efficiency is improved. The validity of the proposed method is verified by a real example.
