海淀500kV電纜工程的技術研究與應用

【摘要】:隨著我國超大城市的不斷擴容,輸電距離和用電量在不斷增長,現(xiàn)有的220kV城市輸電網(wǎng)已越來越滿足不了超大城市的供電要求,因此,利用有限的空間,使用大容量的500kV電力輸電電纜直接進入大城市,已成為必然的發(fā)展趨勢。海淀500kV電纜工程是繼上海靜安工程后的國內(nèi)第二條、北京市第一條長距離用于城市電網(wǎng)的500kV電纜。同時,青島漢纜電纜及江蘇安靠附件首次應用于大截面、長距離的500kV電壓等級線路,開創(chuàng)了國產(chǎn)電纜及附件的先河,對于提高國內(nèi)電纜行業(yè)技術水平,逐步實現(xiàn)500kV電纜及附件國產(chǎn)化具有重大的歷史意義。本文對500kV電纜現(xiàn)狀進行了充分調(diào)研,系統(tǒng)地介紹了國內(nèi)外500kV電纜的發(fā)展歷程,分析了國內(nèi)500kV電纜發(fā)展的歷程和特點。結合海淀工程的特點,從500kV電纜的電纜型式、電纜截面、電纜運輸盤長和電纜蛇形敷設方式等方面,通過全面的數(shù)據(jù)計算和分析,得出了科學可行的結論,提出電纜應用方案;針對國內(nèi)首次使用的國產(chǎn)電纜,本文通過對電纜結構的數(shù)據(jù)分析,從護套感應電壓、電纜載流量、電纜絕緣厚度方面進行全面細致的計算,驗證了國產(chǎn)電纜在實際工程項目中運用的可靠性;針對海淀工程電纜的實際情況,分析研究電纜線路的接地系統(tǒng),提出科學可行的接地方式,并通過對護層保護器的深入研究,確定工程項目中的選型。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of mega-cities in China, transmission distance and electricity consumption are increasing. The existing 220kV urban transmission network has been unable to meet the power supply requirements of mega-cities. Therefore, the use of limited space, It has become an inevitable trend to use large capacity 500kV power transmission cables to enter large cities directly. Haidian 500kV cable project is the second in China after Shanghai Jing'an project and the first long distance 500kV cable used in urban power network in Beijing. At the same time, Tsingtao Han cable and Jiangsu Anding accessories are used for the first time in large-section, long-distance 500kV voltage grade lines, creating a first example of domestic cables and accessories, which can improve the technical level of domestic cable industry. It is of great historical significance to gradually realize the localization of 500kV cables and accessories. This paper makes a full investigation on the current situation of 500kV cables, systematically introduces the development course of 500kV cables at home and abroad, and analyses the development course and characteristics of domestic 500kV cables. According to the characteristics of Haidian Project, from the aspects of cable type, cable section, cable transport tray length and cable snake laying mode of 500kV cable, the scientific and feasible conclusions are obtained through comprehensive data calculation and analysis, and the cable application scheme is put forward. Based on the data analysis of cable structure, the paper calculates the inductive voltage of sheath, the carrier current of cable and the thickness of insulation of cable, according to the domestic cable used for the first time in China. It verifies the reliability of the domestic cable used in the actual project, analyzes and studies the grounding system of the cable line, puts forward a scientific and feasible earthing method, and through the deep study of the protective device of the protective layer, according to the actual situation of the cable in Haidian project, analyzes and studies the grounding system of the cable line. Determine the type selection in the project.
