低低溫電除塵關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:低低溫電除塵技術(shù)是電除塵新技術(shù),其自身耗能少,并可去除煙氣中大部分的SO3,在日本已經(jīng)成為燃煤電廠煙氣治理的主流,而國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)低低溫電除塵器其各方面的性能和影響因素研究較少。針對(duì)低低溫電除塵技術(shù)的煤種適應(yīng)性、酸露點(diǎn)、灰硫比及其計(jì)算公式、二次揚(yáng)塵、離線振打以及相互之間的影響進(jìn)行了分析,研究了典型的低低溫電除塵系統(tǒng)、灰硫比對(duì)電除塵器腐蝕和除塵效率的影響幅度、旋轉(zhuǎn)電極與低低溫電除塵的結(jié)合系統(tǒng),列舉了中國(guó)即將投運(yùn)的具有代表性的低低溫電除塵器。
[Abstract]:Low and low temperature electro-dedusting technology is a new technology of electro-dedusting, which consumes less energy and can remove most of so _ 3 in flue gas. It has become the mainstream of flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plants in japan However, there are few studies on the performance and influencing factors of low-temperature ESP in China. Based on the analysis of the coal adaptability, acid dew point, ash to sulfur ratio and its calculation formula, the influence of secondary hoisting dust, off-line vibration and mutual influence, the typical low temperature electric dust collection system is studied. The influence of ash to sulfur ratio on corrosion and dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitator, the combination system of rotating electrode and low temperature electric precipitator, and the representative low temperature electrostatic precipitator to be put into service in China are listed.
