農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)漏電保護(hù)器分級管理的研究

【摘要】:我國每年因漏電引起火災(zāi)造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失達(dá)數(shù)億元,防止因漏電而引起人身觸電以及因接地故障而使供電線路損壞甚至發(fā)生火災(zāi)已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。因此,對農(nóng)村低壓電網(wǎng)漏電保護(hù)進(jìn)行合理配置和監(jiān)測對于提高農(nóng)村低壓電網(wǎng)的用電水平、減少低壓電網(wǎng)漏電事故、提高電網(wǎng)供電的可靠性意義重大。本文分析了單相和三相配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的漏電電流特性,根據(jù)漏電電流的特性分析了漏電保護(hù)器的基本原理,并根據(jù)農(nóng)村低壓配電網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn),以每一個臺區(qū)為基本對象,一個臺區(qū)內(nèi)漏電保護(hù)器采用三級配置,介紹以一個臺區(qū)為單元的三級漏電保護(hù)器配置系統(tǒng)。此外,本文分析研究了漏電保護(hù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對所有的漏電保護(hù)器進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,該漏電保護(hù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)以具有通信功能的智能漏電保護(hù)器為基礎(chǔ),以專線GPRS為通信方式,旨在提高漏電保護(hù)器的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)效率,保證供電可靠性,全面提升低壓配電網(wǎng)的智能化。最后,本文基于已經(jīng)投入使用并取得很好經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的浙江電網(wǎng)漏電保護(hù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)對農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)三級漏電保護(hù)進(jìn)行了舉例說明,系統(tǒng)介紹了漏電保護(hù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的基本功能和高級應(yīng)用,研究成果有利于進(jìn)一步深化農(nóng)村低壓電網(wǎng)漏電保護(hù)的更新改造,提高農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)供用電的安全性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:The economic loss caused by electric leakage fire in China is hundreds of millions of yuan every year. It has become an urgent matter to prevent electric shock caused by leakage and damage or even fire of power supply line caused by grounding fault. Therefore, it is of great significance to rationally configure and monitor the leakage protection in rural low-voltage power grid to improve the level of rural low-voltage power supply, reduce leakage accidents and improve the reliability of power supply. In this paper, the characteristics of leakage current in single-phase and three-phase distribution networks are analyzed. The basic principle of leakage protector is analyzed according to the characteristics of leakage current. According to the characteristics of rural low-voltage distribution network, each station is taken as the basic object. This paper introduces a three-stage leakage protector configuration system with a unit of one station area. In addition, this paper analyzes and studies the leakage protection monitoring system to realize the monitoring of all the leakage protection devices. The leakage protection monitoring system is based on the intelligent leakage protector with communication function and takes the special line GPRS as the communication mode. The purpose of this paper is to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the leakage protector, to ensure the reliability of power supply, and to enhance the intelligence of the low voltage distribution network. Finally, based on the leakage protection monitoring system of Zhejiang Power Grid, which has been put into use and achieved good economic benefits, the third stage leakage protection of rural power network is illustrated with examples. The basic function and advanced application of leakage protection monitoring system are introduced systematically. The research results are helpful to further deepen the renewal and transformation of leakage protection in rural low-voltage power network and to improve the security and reliability of rural power supply and power supply.
