杭州供電公司用電信息采集系統(tǒng)建設(shè)運(yùn)維及應(yīng)用的研究
[Abstract]:The construction of electric power user power information acquisition system is an important content of smart grid construction. It is the realization of on-line monitoring of metering device and real-time collection of important information to power users and timely and accurate providing basic data for "SG186" information system. It provides important support for the analysis and decision of power supply enterprises. At the same time, the construction of power information collection system will help to improve the ability of power enterprises to respond to customer demand quickly and users to adjust the state of power quickly interactive ability. In this paper, the basic structure, acquisition mode and basic function modules of the electric information acquisition system are expounded, which provides a theoretical basis for further research on the construction, operation and maintenance of the acquisition system. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the electric power users in Hangzhou, the project scale and project investment are calculated in view of the proposed acquisition and coverage method, and the realization mode of the full coverage acquisition for the electric power users in Hangzhou urban area is put forward. After the completion of the full coverage of the field acquisition, the research emphasis is on the collection, operation and maintenance work. Combined with the actual work on the spot, the operation and maintenance work flow, the operation and maintenance countermeasures and the problems needing attention are put forward. At the same time, taking the deepening application of each function module of the acquisition system as an example, it shows how to make good use of the various functions of the acquisition system to promote the development of the marketing related business work. The paper can provide reference and reference for the construction, operation, maintenance and application of electric information collection system.
