谷值電流型脈沖序列控制反激變換器分析

【摘要】:工作于電感電流連續(xù)導(dǎo)電模式(CCM)的脈沖序列控制反激變換器存在的低頻振蕩現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重影響了脈沖序列控制開關(guān)變換器的穩(wěn)態(tài)及瞬態(tài)性能。為消除該低頻振蕩現(xiàn)象,提出了開關(guān)變換器的谷值電流型脈沖序列控制技術(shù)。在一個(gè)開關(guān)周期內(nèi),谷值電流型脈沖序列控制開關(guān)變換器的勵(lì)磁電感儲(chǔ)能變化量為零,有效解決了脈沖序列控制CCM反激變換器的低頻振蕩問題。論文對(duì)谷值電流型脈沖序列控制CCM反激變換器的工作原理及控制策略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、深入的分析。研究了不同負(fù)載時(shí)控制脈沖循環(huán)周期內(nèi)的脈沖組合方式和輸出電壓紋波。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了谷值電流型脈沖序列控制器,仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性及控制器設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。
[Abstract]:The low frequency oscillation of the flyback converter based on the pulse sequence control of the inductance current continuous conducting mode (CCM) seriously affects the steady and transient performance of the pulse sequence controlled switching converter. In order to eliminate the low frequency oscillation, a valley current mode pulse sequence control technique for switching converter is proposed. In a switching cycle, the change of excitation inductance energy storage of the switching converter with valley current mode pulse sequence control is zero, which effectively solves the low frequency oscillation problem of CCM flyback converter controlled by pulse sequence. In this paper, the working principle and control strategy of CCM flyback converter controlled by valley current mode pulse sequence are systematically analyzed. The pulse combination mode and output voltage ripple in the control pulse cycle with different loads are studied. The valley current pulse sequence controller is designed and implemented. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the controller design.
