電廠給水泵變頻改造研究

【摘要】:“求生存,促發(fā)展”是電力企業(yè)的立足之本,在面對“廠網(wǎng)分開,競價上網(wǎng)”的局面,如何降低發(fā)電成本,爭取到更大的電力市場,成為每個電力企業(yè)必須思考的問題。 目前火力發(fā)電廠中的大量高功率輔機都存在著耗電量大的問題,而這些輔機所屬的系統(tǒng)大多是采用出口擋板或調(diào)節(jié)門進行截流調(diào)節(jié)的,這就存在大量的能源損耗,也是電廠廠用電率居高不下的重要因素。而高壓變頻器的應用,可以使給水泵電機在電廠持續(xù)發(fā)電過程中,根據(jù)負荷的變化高效的改變出力,從而節(jié)約大量電能,獲得較工頻運行狀態(tài)下無選擇最大出力所無法得到的可觀的經(jīng)濟效益。 本文認真研究了給水泵及鍋爐給水系統(tǒng)存在的耗能問題,分析了電動機的節(jié)電機理,比較了液力耦合器調(diào)速與變頻器調(diào)速的特點,通過對國內(nèi)另外兩家電廠給水泵變頻改造實例進行了比較研究,并結(jié)合某電廠的實際,對該電廠的給水泵進行了變頻改造,其中主要包括系統(tǒng)主回路的改造、前置泵的改造、液力耦合器及供油系統(tǒng)改造、高壓變頻器的配置、高壓變頻器散熱系統(tǒng)的安裝,而且在原來基礎上修改和完善了相應的給水泵控制系統(tǒng)邏輯。改造完成后,在對實際運行數(shù)據(jù)觀測的基礎上,詳細的分析了變頻改造的節(jié)能及應用效果。結(jié)果證明,,高壓變頻器在火力發(fā)電企業(yè)的大功率輔機應用上可以有效降低能耗,降低輔機維修周期,改善現(xiàn)場噪音環(huán)境,對高壓變頻技術(shù)在電力企業(yè)中的推廣應用具有很大的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:"seeking survival and promoting development" is the base of electric power enterprises. In the face of the situation of "separation of power plants and networks, bidding for the Internet", how to reduce the cost of generating electricity and win over a larger electricity market has become a problem that every power enterprise must consider. At present, a large number of high power auxiliary machines in thermal power plants all have the problem of high power consumption, and most of the systems to which these auxiliary machines belong are controlled by exit baffles or regulating doors, so there is a large amount of energy loss. It is also an important factor of high power consumption rate in power plants. The application of high voltage frequency converter can make feed pump motor in the process of continuous power generation, according to the change of load, the power can be changed efficiently, thus saving a lot of electric energy. The considerable economic benefits can not be obtained without the maximum selective force under the operation condition of power frequency. In this paper, the problem of energy consumption in feed water pump and boiler feedwater system is studied, the mechanism of electric saving of motor is analyzed, and the characteristics of speed regulation of hydraulic coupler and frequency converter are compared. By comparing and studying the examples of frequency conversion transformation of feedwater pump in other two domestic power plants, and combining with the actual situation of a power plant, this paper carries on the frequency conversion transformation of feed water pump in this power plant, which mainly includes the transformation of the main circuit of the system and the retrofit of the front pump. The modification of hydraulic coupler and oil supply system, the configuration of high voltage inverter, the installation of heat dissipation system of high voltage converter, and the modification and perfection of the logic of feed water pump control system on the basis of the original. On the basis of observation of actual operation data, the energy saving and application effect of frequency conversion transformation are analyzed in detail. The results show that high voltage inverter can effectively reduce energy consumption, reduce the maintenance cycle of auxiliary machines and improve the noise environment in the field. It can be used for reference in the application of high voltage frequency conversion technology in electric power enterprises.
