【摘要】：電力系統(tǒng)主動(dòng)解列是避免發(fā)生大停電事故和系統(tǒng)崩潰的有效保護(hù)措施,需要及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地確定解列方案。文中提出一種考慮發(fā)電機(jī)同調(diào)約束的最佳解列斷面的搜索方法。首先基于故障后廣域測(cè)量系統(tǒng)(WAMS)提供的實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)信息,利用改進(jìn)拉普拉斯特征映射算法在線識(shí)別同調(diào)機(jī)群,利用發(fā)電機(jī)同調(diào)虛擬節(jié)點(diǎn)聚合同調(diào)機(jī)群,減小解列斷面的搜索空間,然后利用加權(quán)拉普拉斯分群策略得到初始的解列斷面。最后考慮斷面有功功率的方向,利用啟發(fā)式變鄰域搜索算法確定最佳的解列斷面,使得解列后各孤島的凈不平衡功率最小。文中方法能充分考慮不同故障模式所帶來(lái)的同調(diào)行為的差異性,使得主動(dòng)解列控制具有選擇性和魯棒性。通過(guò)新英格蘭39節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證了所述方法的有效性和適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:Active de-listing of power system is an effective protection measure to avoid blackout and system collapse. It is necessary to determine the scheme in time and accurately. In this paper, a search method for optimal discontinuous cross section considering generator homology constraint is presented. Firstly, based on the real-time dynamic response information provided by (WAMS), an improved Laplace feature mapping algorithm is used to identify the homology cluster online, and the virtual node of generator homology is used to gather the contract tuning group. The search space of the decomposed section is reduced, and then the initial decoupling section is obtained by using the weighted Laplace clustering strategy. Finally, considering the direction of active power of the section, the heuristic variable neighborhood search algorithm is used to determine the optimal unlisted section, so that the net unbalanced power of each isolated island is minimized. In this paper, the difference of homology behavior brought by different fault modes can be fully considered, which makes active decoupling control selective and robust. The effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed method are verified by the 39-bus system in New England.
