【摘要】：分析了鋼鐵企業(yè)諧波產(chǎn)生的特點及其危害,對永昌鋼鐵軋鋼60萬t高線項目用電情況進(jìn)行了介紹,對其目前的電能質(zhì)量治理方案進(jìn)行了分析,測試了系統(tǒng)諧波電壓、諧波電流等數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)。通過對比國家及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,分析了目前電能質(zhì)量問題治理設(shè)備存在的不足,提出了應(yīng)對措施及解決方案。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics and harm of harmonic generation in iron and steel enterprises, introduces the power consumption of Yongchang steel rolling 600000 t high line project, analyzes its current power quality control scheme, and tests the harmonic voltage of the system. Harmonic current and other data indicators. By comparing the requirements of national and industry standards, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current power quality control equipment, and puts forward some countermeasures and solutions.
