高壓互感器局部放電檢測系統(tǒng)設計及應用研究

【摘要】:高壓互感器在強電場的作用下發(fā)生局部放電往往存在于絕緣中的某些薄弱部位,該問題在互感器絕緣中普遍存在。一般情況下局部放電雖然不會引起穿透性絕緣擊穿,但電介質可以導致局部損壞。局部放電若長期存在,絕緣在一定條件下會導致劣化甚至出現(xiàn)擊穿。統(tǒng)計國網安陽供電公司近五年高壓互感器故障類型,高壓互感器設備的絕緣性故障占該設備故障的54.3%,本文通過調研高壓互感器故障產生的原因、類型和危害,對比分析目前國內外各種局放檢測技術的方法,確定本文基于超聲波法檢測局部放電的方向;通過實驗室研究五種典型局部放電模型,驗證了超聲波法的高靈敏度;開發(fā)了高壓互感器局部放電超聲波法在線監(jiān)測裝置并進行了現(xiàn)場試驗,截止2014年4月該項技術的應用,共發(fā)現(xiàn)高壓互感器設備絕緣故障12起,由于發(fā)現(xiàn)及時有效地避免了設備事故的發(fā)生和擴大。
[Abstract]:The partial discharge of high voltage transformer under the action of strong electric field often exists in some weak parts of insulation, which is a common problem in the insulation of transformer. In general, partial discharge does not cause penetrating insulation breakdown, but dielectric can cause partial damage. If partial discharge exists for a long time, insulation will lead to deterioration or even breakdown under certain conditions. The fault types of high voltage transformers in Anyang Power supply Co., Ltd are counted in recent five years. The insulation faults of high voltage transformers account for 54.3 of the faults of the equipment. This paper investigates the causes, types and harms of the faults of high voltage transformers. By comparing and analyzing various methods of PD detection at home and abroad, this paper determines the direction of PD detection based on ultrasonic method, and verifies the high sensitivity of ultrasonic method by studying five typical PD models in laboratory. The on-line monitoring device of partial discharge ultrasonic method for high voltage transformer is developed and the field test is carried out. As of the application of this technology in April 2014, a total of 12 insulation failures of high voltage transformer equipment have been found. Due to the discovery of timely and effective to avoid the occurrence and expansion of equipment accidents.
