【摘要】:以北京奧運會純電動公交車用90A·h錳酸鋰電池為研究對象,將電池放置于溫箱中從25℃開始,依次經(jīng)歷0℃、25℃、40℃、60℃和25℃的"熱漂移",在每個溫度下對電池依次進行C/20、C/3、C/2、2C/3和1C充放電的基準性能測試,用于量化電池容量、倍率特性和其他性能變化。"熱漂移"引起電池容量衰減的根本原因包括活性材料損失、反應(yīng)動力學(xué)衰退和歐姆電阻增加。利用容量增量分析法對實驗結(jié)果進行分析,結(jié)果表明:電池經(jīng)歷0~40℃的"熱漂移"已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)容量衰退,而暴露在60℃下會導(dǎo)致不可逆的容量衰退,其主要原因是活性材料損失和反應(yīng)動力學(xué)衰退。實驗方法和結(jié)論有助于電動汽車在實際應(yīng)用條件下鋰離子動力電池衰退的路徑依賴性研究。
