一種智能配電網(wǎng)安全運行控制方法

【摘要】:分布式電源(DGs)高滲透率接入,將改變配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)及潮流分布,需要對傳統(tǒng)電壓與負(fù)載率的控制方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。本文通過分析分布式電源接入后對配電網(wǎng)電壓及負(fù)載率的影響,提出了一種基于靈敏度分析的多階段決策的節(jié)點電壓與線路負(fù)載率實時控制方法,有機融合了調(diào)節(jié)分布式電源出力、調(diào)節(jié)無功補償裝置、網(wǎng)絡(luò)重構(gòu)以及切負(fù)荷等控制手段,各階段根據(jù)指標(biāo)函數(shù)值判斷是否執(zhí)行。以改進(jìn)IEEE 33節(jié)點系統(tǒng)作為算例,仿真一天內(nèi)負(fù)荷及分布式電源出力的變化,對于節(jié)點電壓與線路負(fù)載率越過限值時刻給出相應(yīng)的控制措施,結(jié)果驗證了本文方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:The distribution network structure and power flow distribution will be changed by (DGs) high permeability access of distributed generation, so the traditional control method of voltage and load rate should be improved. By analyzing the influence of distributed power supply on distribution network voltage and load rate, this paper presents a real-time control method of node voltage and line load rate based on sensitivity analysis. It combines the control means of adjusting the output of distributed power, adjusting the reactive power compensation device, reconstructing the network and cutting the load, and judging whether to carry out according to the index function value in each stage. Taking the improved IEEE 33-bus system as an example, this paper simulates the variation of load and distributed power generation in one day, and gives the corresponding control measures for the node voltage and line load rate over the limit time. The results verify the correctness of the proposed method.
