PSA在核電廠技術規(guī)范優(yōu)化中的應用

【摘要】：本文闡述了風險指引型技術規(guī)范(Risk-informed Technical Specification,RITS)和風險管理型技術規(guī)范(Risk-Managed Technical Specification,RMTS)的技術內涵以及對于核電廠運行和安全管理的重要意義,并對PSA技術在技術規(guī)范優(yōu)化中的應用情況以及具體應用工作中的一些問題進行了分析和討論。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the technical connotation of Risk-informed Technical specification (RITS) and Risk-Managed Technical specification (RMTS), as well as their significance for the operation and safety management of nuclear power plants, are described. The application of PSA technology in technical specification optimization and some problems in its application are analyzed and discussed.
