【摘要】：本文闡述了風(fēng)險指引型技術(shù)規(guī)范(Risk-informed Technical Specification,RITS)和風(fēng)險管理型技術(shù)規(guī)范(Risk-Managed Technical Specification,RMTS)的技術(shù)內(nèi)涵以及對于核電廠運行和安全管理的重要意義,并對PSA技術(shù)在技術(shù)規(guī)范優(yōu)化中的應(yīng)用情況以及具體應(yīng)用工作中的一些問題進行了分析和討論。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the technical connotation of Risk-informed Technical specification (RITS) and Risk-Managed Technical specification (RMTS), as well as their significance for the operation and safety management of nuclear power plants, are described. The application of PSA technology in technical specification optimization and some problems in its application are analyzed and discussed.
