【摘要】：作為發(fā)電機(jī)核心部件,定子的絕緣故障往往會(huì)帶來(lái)非常嚴(yán)重的電機(jī)事故。為避免由此產(chǎn)生的生產(chǎn)損失和設(shè)備維護(hù)成本,通常會(huì)對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)定子主絕緣實(shí)施最可靠且行之有效的交流耐壓試驗(yàn)。以一套1 000 k VA工頻并聯(lián)諧振試驗(yàn)變壓器耐壓裝置為模型,針對(duì)銅街子水電站增容改造定子現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施裝配的絕緣考核過(guò)程,淺析了高壓諧振試驗(yàn)變壓器的技術(shù)原理、應(yīng)用利弊,重點(diǎn)提出了擴(kuò)大工頻諧振試驗(yàn)變壓器應(yīng)用調(diào)諧能力的方法。介紹了工頻諧振變壓器耐壓裝置的原理及結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),交流耐壓試驗(yàn)方案及其參數(shù)計(jì)算以及試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the core component of generator, the insulation fault of stator often brings very serious motor accident. In order to avoid the production loss and equipment maintenance cost, the most reliable and effective AC voltage test is usually carried out on the main insulation of generator stator. Taking a 1 000 kVA parallel resonant test transformer as a model, this paper analyzes the technical principle of high voltage resonant test transformer, and its advantages and disadvantages, aiming at the insulation test process of the stator for capacity increasing and retrofitting of Tongjiezi Hydropower Station. The method of expanding the application tuning ability of power frequency resonance test transformer is put forward. This paper introduces the principle and structure characteristics of the voltage withstand device of the power frequency resonant transformer, the AC voltage withstand test scheme and its parameter calculation, as well as the measured data of the test site.
