基于ZigBee技術(shù)的帶電作業(yè)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)人員定位算法研究

【摘要】:帶電作業(yè)是電力系統(tǒng)中一種在正常供電的前提下進(jìn)行設(shè)備檢修的作業(yè)方法。因作業(yè)過程存在較高的危險性,帶電作業(yè)對作業(yè)人員的作業(yè)距離和位置都有嚴(yán)格要求。在作業(yè)過程中,違反距離規(guī)定進(jìn)行作業(yè)以及未經(jīng)許可進(jìn)入危險的帶電作業(yè)區(qū)域都是引發(fā)帶電作業(yè)安全事故的重要原因。因此,針對帶電作業(yè)人員的作業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)受到廣泛重視,作業(yè)人員的作業(yè)距離和人員位置也成為培訓(xùn)的重點(diǎn)。針對現(xiàn)有的培訓(xùn)方式無法記錄學(xué)員操作距離和所在位置的問題,將ZigBee定位技術(shù)引入到帶電作業(yè)培訓(xùn)中,用于監(jiān)控、記錄培訓(xùn)人員的位置以及分布情況,對于提高培訓(xùn)效果,避免帶電作業(yè)安全事故的發(fā)生意義重大。本文對ZigBee定位技術(shù)在帶電作業(yè)培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用展開研究,具體研究工作如下:1、研究和比較了當(dāng)前主要的無線定位技術(shù)和定位算法。深入分析了當(dāng)前主要無線定位技術(shù)和定位算法分類和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),根據(jù)帶電作業(yè)場地的實(shí)際情況,綜合考慮各種定位技術(shù)和算法的特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用環(huán)境,選擇ZigBee技術(shù)和交點(diǎn)質(zhì)心定位算法為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建定位系統(tǒng)。2、應(yīng)用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)改進(jìn)無線信號傳播模型。針對傳統(tǒng)無線信號傳播模型測距精度不高的問題,應(yīng)用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)改進(jìn)無線信號傳播模型。在BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播模型中使用ZigBee節(jié)點(diǎn)的測量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行仿真,確定BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)各類參數(shù)的最佳數(shù)值。模型確定后將基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的改進(jìn)傳播模型與傳統(tǒng)模型進(jìn)行比較,通過仿真驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)后的傳播模型在測距精度和穩(wěn)定性上的優(yōu)勢。3、提出差分質(zhì)心定位算法。針對交點(diǎn)質(zhì)心定位算法受測距誤差影響大導(dǎo)致定位精度不高的問題,在其基礎(chǔ)上,提出了差分質(zhì)心定位算法作為ZigBee定位算法。算法使用改進(jìn)的四點(diǎn)差分修正算法對測量誤差進(jìn)行修正;算法的定位過程改進(jìn)了定位方法,對不同交點(diǎn)情況進(jìn)行討論,然后使用質(zhì)心法進(jìn)行定位。算法仿真后顯示差分質(zhì)心定位算法具有較高的定位精度和穩(wěn)定性。4、設(shè)計并搭建帶電作業(yè)培訓(xùn)人員定位系統(tǒng),編寫嵌入式平臺、上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件的代碼,在實(shí)際的帶電作業(yè)場地中對定位系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測距和定位測試。測試結(jié)果表明,本文算法的測距、單點(diǎn)定位、區(qū)域定位精度,穩(wěn)定性均明顯高于傳統(tǒng)算法;定位算法的成功預(yù)警率與誤報率均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)定位算法,充分說明了本文算法的優(yōu)越性和定位系統(tǒng)在帶電作業(yè)場地中良好的定位效果。
[Abstract]:Live-line operation is a kind of operation method of equipment maintenance under the premise of normal power supply in power system. Because of the high risk in the working process, the working distance and position of the operators are strictly required in the live work. In the process of operation, working in violation of distance and entering dangerous live working area without permission are the important causes of safety accidents in live working. Therefore, the training of working skills for live workers is paid more and more attention, and the working distance and position of operators are also the focus of training. Aiming at the problem that the existing training methods can not record the operating distance and the location of the trainees, this paper introduces the ZigBee positioning technology into the live operation training, which is used to monitor, record the position and distribution of the trainers, and improve the training effect. It is of great significance to avoid safety accidents in live work. In this paper, the application of ZigBee localization technology in live work training is studied. The specific research work is as follows: 1. The main wireless location techniques and localization algorithms are studied and compared. This paper deeply analyzes the classification, advantages and disadvantages of the main wireless location technologies and localization algorithms. According to the actual situation of live working sites, it synthetically considers the characteristics and application environment of various localization technologies and algorithms. Based on ZigBee technology and intersection centroid location algorithm, the location system. 2. BP neural network is used to improve the wireless signal propagation model. In order to solve the problem of low ranging accuracy of traditional wireless signal propagation model, BP neural network is used to improve the wireless signal propagation model. In the propagation model of BP neural network, the measurement data of ZigBee node are used to simulate, and the best value of various parameters of BP neural network is determined. After the model is determined, the improved propagation model based on BP neural network is compared with the traditional model, and the advantages of the improved propagation model in ranging accuracy and stability are verified by simulation, and a differential centroid location algorithm is proposed. In order to solve the problem that the location accuracy of intersection centroid location algorithm is not high due to the influence of ranging error, a differential centroid location algorithm is proposed as ZigBee location algorithm. The algorithm uses the improved four-point differential correction algorithm to correct the measurement error, and the localization process of the algorithm improves the location method, discusses the different intersection conditions, and then uses the centroid method to locate. The algorithm simulation shows that the differential centroid positioning algorithm has a higher positioning accuracy and stability .4. the design and construction of live job training personnel positioning system, writing embedded platform, host computer monitoring software code, The location system is measured and measured in the actual live working site. The test results show that the location accuracy and stability of this algorithm are obviously higher than that of the traditional algorithm, and the success early warning rate and false alarm rate of the algorithm are better than the traditional location algorithm. The superiority of this algorithm and the good localization effect of the location system in live working site are explained.
