微管式固體氧化物燃料電池陽(yáng)極微結(jié)構(gòu)及其性能

【摘要】:利用相轉(zhuǎn)化紡絲法制備了Ni O-YSZ中空纖維,在其外表面負(fù)載YSZ膜1450℃共燒后形成YSZ/Ni O-YSZ雙層中空纖維。陽(yáng)極孔結(jié)構(gòu)通過(guò)芯液(N-甲基砒咯烷酮(NMP)+乙醇)中溶劑NMP的含量來(lái)控制。當(dāng)NMP含量從0、30wt%、50wt%、70wt%增加到100wt%時(shí),陽(yáng)極的孔結(jié)構(gòu)由指狀孔/海綿孔/指狀孔三明治結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸成為貫通的指狀孔結(jié)構(gòu),電解質(zhì)膜致密性、還原后的雙層中空纖維的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、陽(yáng)極電導(dǎo)率逐漸減小,而孔隙率則增加。多孔的陰極Ag涂敷于致密的電解質(zhì)膜外表面構(gòu)成微管SOFC。H2/空氣微管SOFC的濃差極化隨著指狀孔長(zhǎng)度的增加而減小,當(dāng)NMP含量為70wt%時(shí),輸出性能最佳,最大功率密度為662 m W/cm2(800℃),此時(shí)極化阻抗最小。
