水泥生產(chǎn)線中的供配電設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:工廠供配電系統(tǒng),是指將上級(jí)電力系統(tǒng)的輸入電壓等級(jí)降低后,再將電能按需分配到各個(gè)工廠廠房或者生產(chǎn)車間的最終用電設(shè)備上,使用電設(shè)備能夠正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),從而進(jìn)行正常的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)。一般情況下供配電系統(tǒng)是由總降壓變電站、中壓配電站、中壓配電線路、低壓電力室、低壓配電線路、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用電設(shè)備等幾部分組成。工廠總降壓變電站及以下各級(jí)配電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),是根據(jù)各個(gè)生產(chǎn)車間的負(fù)荷容量和性質(zhì),工藝流程上的用電負(fù)荷分布等各方面因素綜合考慮,并在結(jié)合國(guó)家整體供電情況的大形勢(shì)下,實(shí)現(xiàn)電能安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)的分配。 新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)線的供配電設(shè)計(jì)就是這樣一個(gè)典型的例子。本文以新疆伊犁塔斯水泥生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目為例,在負(fù)荷計(jì)算及無(wú)功功率補(bǔ)償,諧波治理,總降變電站方案設(shè)計(jì),車間配電站方案設(shè)計(jì),短路電流計(jì)算及繼電保護(hù),電氣設(shè)備選型(特別是變壓器的數(shù)量、容量的選擇),電纜的選擇等幾個(gè)重要方面對(duì)工廠供配電設(shè)計(jì)展開(kāi)說(shuō)明。尤其是諧波治理部分的研究,,將研究結(jié)果應(yīng)用到水泥工程實(shí)際當(dāng)中去,得到了較好的效果?紤]到工業(yè)自動(dòng)化應(yīng)用的廣泛性及重要性,本文對(duì)新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)也做了一些簡(jiǎn)介。
[Abstract]:The power supply and distribution system in a factory refers to the reduction of the input voltage level of the superior power system and the distribution of electrical energy on demand to the factory buildings or the final electric equipment in the production workshop, and the electrical equipment can operate normally, thus carrying out normal production activities. In general, the distribution system is a total depressurization substation and medium voltage. Distribution station, medium voltage distribution line, low voltage power station, low voltage power distribution line, field electric equipment and so on. The design of the factory general depressurization substation and the following distribution system are considered according to the load capacity and nature of each production workshop, the distribution of power load distribution in the process flow and so on, and in combination with the country. Under the general situation of overall power supply, we can achieve safe, reliable and economic distribution of electric energy.
The design of power supply and distribution of the new dry cement production line is a typical example. This paper takes the Xinjiang Yili tasse cement production line as an example, in load calculation and reactive power compensation, harmonic control, total reduced substation scheme design, workshop distribution station scheme design, short circuit current calculation and relay protection, electrical equipment selection (special) It is the quantity, the selection of the capacity of the transformer, the selection of the capacity of the cable, the selection of the cable and other important aspects to explain the design of the power supply and distribution in the factory, especially the study of the harmonic control part, and apply the research results to the actual cement engineering, and get the better effect. Considering the wide and important importance of the application of the industrial automation, the new type of drying is taken into account. The automation control system of the cement production line is also introduced briefly.
