高壓高阻檢定裝置研究

【摘要】:高壓高阻箱是常見的用于檢測絕緣電阻表和高阻計的計量標準器。如何實現(xiàn)其數(shù)字化智能檢定有著重要意義。本文提出了一種高壓高阻箱檢定裝置用于解決該問題。其原理是使用標準電阻器標定裝置內(nèi)附電阻,通過數(shù)字表對被測高阻箱進行測量,利用分壓原理計算得到被測高阻箱阻值。文中建立了測量數(shù)學模型,對影響測量結(jié)果不確定度的各來源進行分析,評定了A類和B類標準不確定度,給出了測量結(jié)果的合成標準不確定度和擴展不確定度。同時對高壓高阻檢定裝置的測量結(jié)果進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:High-voltage high-resistance box is a common gauge for measuring insulation resistance meters and high-resistance meters. How to realize the digital intelligent verification is of great significance. In this paper, a high-voltage and high-resistance box verification device is proposed to solve this problem. The principle is to use the standard resistor to calibrate the inner resistance of the device, to measure the height resistance box measured by digital meter, and to calculate the resistance value of the height resistance box measured by the principle of partial voltage. In this paper, a mathematical model of measurement is established, and the sources of uncertainty affecting the uncertainty of measurement results are analyzed. The uncertainty of class A and class B standards is evaluated, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of measurement results are given. At the same time, the measurement results of high voltage and high resistance calibration device are verified.
