有源配電網(wǎng)供電能力分析研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著能源安全問題的日益突出和環(huán)境保護(hù)壓力的逐漸加大,可再生能源發(fā)電在世界范圍內(nèi)迅速發(fā)展。利用可再生能源的分布式發(fā)電開始大量接入配電網(wǎng),對(duì)配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行和規(guī)劃提出了新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。利用風(fēng)力、太陽能等間歇性可再生能源的分布式發(fā)電,其出力具有很強(qiáng)的隨機(jī)性和不確定性,在滲透率較低的情況下常被負(fù)荷的波動(dòng)所掩蓋,傳統(tǒng)上僅考慮其電量?jī)r(jià)值。然而伴隨分布式電源接入容量和數(shù)量的增加,配電網(wǎng)的負(fù)荷供應(yīng)情況將發(fā)生較大變化,越來越多的負(fù)荷被就地消納,系統(tǒng)應(yīng)對(duì)負(fù)荷增長(zhǎng)的能力得到提升,從而延緩了配電網(wǎng)升級(jí)改造的需求。因此,合理評(píng)估分布式電源的容量?jī)r(jià)值、科學(xué)計(jì)算有源配電網(wǎng)的供電能力具有重要意義。本文建立了有源配電網(wǎng)供電能力的概念,并提出了有源配電網(wǎng)供電能力的分析方法。首先,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)配電網(wǎng)供電能力計(jì)算方法未能計(jì)及電源和負(fù)荷在時(shí)序上的匹配關(guān)系等不足,提出了在滿足一定可靠性要求下評(píng)估有源配電網(wǎng)供電能力的新思路。其次,基于蒙特卡洛模擬方法,建立了有源配電網(wǎng)電源充裕性的評(píng)估方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上通過啟發(fā)式的負(fù)荷調(diào)整策略,分析了配電網(wǎng)依賴自身網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)供負(fù)荷的能力以及分布式電源的容量?jī)r(jià)值,提出了有源配電網(wǎng)供電能力評(píng)估方法。最后通過算例分析了有源配電網(wǎng)的可靠性水平、不同負(fù)荷類型以及分布式電源配置情況等因素對(duì)供電能力的影響,為指導(dǎo)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃運(yùn)行以及分布式電源優(yōu)化配置提供了新的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly prominent problem of energy security and the increasing pressure of environmental protection, renewable energy power generation in the world has developed rapidly. Distributed generation using renewable energy has begun to connect to the distribution network in large quantities, which brings forward new problems and challenges to the operation and planning of the distribution network. Distributed generation with intermittent renewable energy, such as wind and solar energy, has strong randomness and uncertainty, which is often concealed by load fluctuation in the case of low permeability. Traditionally, only the value of its electricity is considered. However, with the increase of the access capacity and quantity of distributed generation, the load supply situation of distribution network will change greatly, more and more loads will be absorbed locally, and the ability of the system to cope with the load growth will be improved. Thus delaying the demand of distribution network upgrade and transformation. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the capacity value of distributed power generation and calculate the power supply capacity of active distribution network scientifically. In this paper, the concept of power supply capacity of active distribution network is established, and the analysis method of power supply capability of active distribution network is proposed. Firstly, a new idea to evaluate the power supply capacity of active distribution network under certain reliability requirements is put forward in view of the shortcomings of traditional power supply capacity calculation method which fails to take into account the matching relationship between power supply and load in time series. Secondly, based on Monte Carlo simulation method, the evaluation method of power supply adequacy in active distribution network is established, and based on this, heuristic load adjustment strategy is adopted. This paper analyzes the ability of distribution network to rely on its own network structure to transfer load and the capacity value of distributed generation, and puts forward a method to evaluate the power supply ability of active distribution network. Finally, the influence of the reliability level of active distribution network, the different load types and the configuration of distributed power source on the power supply capacity is analyzed by an example. It provides a new reference for the planning and operation of distribution network and the optimal configuration of distributed power supply.
