電磁繼電器優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:氣候變化與化石燃料等問題使得節(jié)能環(huán)保變得越來越重要,長期工作不消耗功率的磁保持繼電器逐漸成為主流產(chǎn)品。如何研制出低功耗、工作可靠和低成本的磁保持繼電器是當(dāng)前的熱點問題。本文通過對現(xiàn)有磁保持繼電器的電磁結(jié)構(gòu)進行對比分析,提出了新的磁路結(jié)構(gòu)方案,實現(xiàn)了體積小、靈敏度高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低的新型磁保持繼電器。本文首先對典型的串聯(lián)式、并聯(lián)式、橋式磁路結(jié)構(gòu)進行理論分析,通過Ansoft Maxwell軟件對各種磁路結(jié)構(gòu)進行三維電磁場仿真分析,得出各個結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點;針對串聯(lián)式磁路靈敏度不高的缺點,設(shè)計薄型永磁體來減小磁路磁阻,并用軛鐵對永磁體進行一定的磁短路作用來降低釋放位置的永磁體作用力;同時利用“L”形銜鐵的兩段結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)了類似并聯(lián)式磁路的結(jié)構(gòu),使銜鐵能穩(wěn)定工作。其次,本文對繼電器的吸反力配合情況展開分析,通過ANSYS workbench軟件的三維靜力學(xué)仿真模塊對繼電器的機械反力系統(tǒng)進行了分析,確認繼電器的吸反力匹配情況。此外,本文還研究了繼電器各種工作狀態(tài)下的發(fā)熱,通過ANSYS workbench軟件對繼電器的溫度場進行仿真分析,確保繼電器的溫升滿足設(shè)計要求,以保證繼電器工作的可靠性。通過理論分析和仿真計算,并充分考慮制造工藝性,研發(fā)了HF163F-L小型功率磁保持繼電器。實測產(chǎn)品的吸反力曲線與仿真結(jié)果進行對比,雖然存在一定的誤差,但是變化規(guī)律和趨勢是相同的,實際產(chǎn)品動作和復(fù)歸滿足設(shè)計要求,驗證了仿真計算對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的參考價值。此外,還對比了產(chǎn)品實測溫升和仿真結(jié)果的誤差,通過誤差分析修正了仿真模型,修正后的仿真結(jié)果接近實測值。對HF163F-L產(chǎn)品進行了多個批次的試制,并按照國際標準進行了各項驗證試驗,試驗結(jié)果表明產(chǎn)品的性能達到了國外同類產(chǎn)品的水平。該產(chǎn)品具有體積小、功耗低、負載能力強、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單可實現(xiàn)自動化生產(chǎn)等優(yōu)點,可以廣泛應(yīng)用在智能家居控制等領(lǐng)域,市場前景良好、
[Abstract]:Problems such as climate change and fossil fuels make energy conservation and environmental protection more and more important. Magnetic retention relays, which do not consume power for a long time, have gradually become the mainstream products. How to develop low-power, reliable and low-cost magnetic relay is a hot issue. Based on the comparison and analysis of the electromagnetic structure of the existing magnetic holding relay, a new magnetic circuit structure scheme is proposed, which realizes a new type magnetic holding relay with small volume, high sensitivity, simple structure and low cost. In this paper, the typical series type, parallel type, bridge type magnetic circuit structure is analyzed theoretically, and the advantages and disadvantages of each structure are obtained through the three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation analysis of various magnetic circuit structures by Ansoft Maxwell software. The thin permanent magnet is designed to reduce the magnetoresistance of the magnetic circuit, and the magnetic short-circuit action of the yoke iron is used to reduce the force of the permanent magnet in the releasing position. At the same time, the structure of parallel magnetic circuit is realized by using the two-section structure of "L" armature, which makes the armature work stably. Secondly, this paper analyzes the coordination of the suction reaction force of the relay, through the three-dimensional static simulation module of ANSYS workbench software, the mechanical reaction system of the relay is analyzed, and the match of the suction reaction force of the relay is confirmed. In addition, this paper also studies the heat of relay in various working states, and simulates and analyzes the temperature field of relay by ANSYS workbench software to ensure that the temperature rise of relay meets the design requirements, so as to ensure the reliability of relay work. Based on theoretical analysis and simulation, and considering the manufacturing process, a HF163F-L small power magnetic retention relay is developed. Compared with the simulation results, although there are some errors, the law and trend of change are the same, and the actual product movement and return meet the design requirements. The reference value of simulation calculation to product design is verified. In addition, the error between the measured temperature rise and the simulation results is compared. The simulation model is modified by error analysis, and the modified simulation results are close to the measured values. Several batches of HF163F-L products were trial-produced, and various verification tests were carried out according to international standards. The results showed that the performance of the products reached the level of similar products abroad. The product has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, strong load capacity, simple structure and can realize automatic production. It can be widely used in the field of intelligent home control and has a good market prospect.
