嵌段磺化聚芳醚砜陽離子交換膜的制備及在MFC中的發(fā)電性能研究

【摘要】:采用嵌段共聚制備了具有不同鏈段長(zhǎng)度的非磺化/磺化多嵌段型磺化聚芳醚砜陽離子交換膜(bSPAES),研究了bSPAES膜在微生物燃料電池(MFC)作為分離膜的性能.由于在親水磺化部分引入了剛性更強(qiáng)的芴結(jié)構(gòu),bSPAES膜表現(xiàn)了更好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性和水解穩(wěn)定性.鏈段長(zhǎng)度控制在10~30的bSPAES膜在30℃水中的尺寸變化表現(xiàn)為各向同性,介于10%~20%之間.bSPAES膜的質(zhì)子導(dǎo)電率為81~140 mS/cm,遠(yuǎn)超過商用的ULTREX CMI-7000.經(jīng)過1000 h MFC運(yùn)行后,bSPAES膜電導(dǎo)率幾乎沒有發(fā)生降低.100℃24 h高溫水穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)表明,bSPAES膜的失重率僅在1.5%~6.3%之間.MFC最大功率密度也隨著bSPAES中鏈段長(zhǎng)度的增加而提高,鏈段長(zhǎng)度為15~30的bSPAES膜的MFC產(chǎn)電性能優(yōu)于商用ULTREX CMI-7000膜,bSPAES(30/30)膜在MFC中的最大功率密度達(dá)到705 mW/m2.
[Abstract]:Non-sulfonated / sulfonated multiblock sulfonated poly (aryl ether sulfone) cation exchange membranes (bSPAES) with different segment lengths were prepared by block copolymerization. The performance of bSPAES membranes in microbial fuel cell (MFC) was studied.
