智能機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)在750kV變電站的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文從實(shí)際應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),首先對(duì)使用智能機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)的必要性進(jìn)行了論證,其次對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外智能機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹。再利用賀蘭山750kV變電站的實(shí)例,介紹了智能機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)的組成結(jié)構(gòu)以及功能原理和施工方案。之后通過對(duì)該系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工調(diào)試及應(yīng)用情況的分析,著重對(duì)該系統(tǒng)安裝及使用方面存在的缺點(diǎn)與不足進(jìn)行了討論,并最終得到一套行之有效的驗(yàn)收方法。該驗(yàn)收方法可以最全面的驗(yàn)證智能機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能,并且可以發(fā)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)在安裝調(diào)試中所存在的隱患。通過智能機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)在變電站實(shí)際應(yīng)用的效果可以說(shuō)明,該驗(yàn)收方法應(yīng)用效果良好,且具有推廣價(jià)值。本文從賀蘭山750kV變電站實(shí)際出發(fā),利用變電站安裝使用智能機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)的機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)該系統(tǒng)安裝使用中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行研究,制定出全面的驗(yàn)收方案,以及應(yīng)用規(guī)范,使得該系統(tǒng)既能滿足使用要求,又能最大限度的發(fā)揮功能。同時(shí),本文還對(duì)系統(tǒng)的新應(yīng)用方法進(jìn)行了展望,爭(zhēng)取將該系統(tǒng)與傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)維工作結(jié)合起來(lái),最大限度的提高該系統(tǒng)的利用率,減少人力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the necessity of using intelligent robot patrol inspection system is first demonstrated from the point of view of practical application. Secondly, the development status of intelligent robot patrol inspection system at home and abroad is introduced. Based on the example of Helanshan 750kV substation, the structure, function principle and construction scheme of intelligent robot inspection system are introduced. After that, through the analysis of the commissioning and application of the system, the shortcomings and shortcomings in the installation and use of the system are discussed, and a set of effective acceptance method is obtained. The method can fully verify the functions of the intelligent robot inspection system and find the hidden trouble in the installation and debugging of the system. The results of practical application of intelligent robot inspection system in substation show that the acceptance method has good application effect and is worth popularizing. Based on the actual situation of Helanshan 750kV substation, this paper makes use of the opportunity of installing and using intelligent robot inspection system to study the problems in the installation and use of the system, and formulates a comprehensive acceptance scheme and application specification. The system can not only meet the requirements of use, but also maximize the function. At the same time, this paper also looks forward to the new application method of the system, and tries to combine the system with the traditional operation and maintenance work to maximize the utilization rate of the system and reduce manpower.
