變電站備自投動(dòng)作條件分析及改進(jìn)

【摘要】:備自投即備用電源自動(dòng)投切裝置,是變電站保護(hù)的重要組成部分,當(dāng)變電站雙電源線單條出現(xiàn)故障,或雙母線單條出現(xiàn)失電的情況下,裝置自動(dòng)合閘母分開關(guān),為母線提供備用電源,防止長(zhǎng)時(shí)間母線停電,保證對(duì)用戶的正常供電。在現(xiàn)今越來越重視供電可靠性的形勢(shì)下,備自投的作用將越來越重要。以浙江富陽(yáng)供電公司為背景,備自投的動(dòng)作邏輯發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了幾個(gè)過程,判定條件一改再改,但是仍然存在著這樣或者那樣的問題,本文通過對(duì)比幾種備自投動(dòng)作條件,通過實(shí)際的案例分析,來闡述備自投動(dòng)作條件的設(shè)定應(yīng)該根據(jù)變電站不同的接線方式、備用方式、負(fù)荷情況和所處的特殊系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行方式等具體情況來設(shè)定差異化的整定判據(jù),切勿千篇一律的采用單一方式盲目整定,否則,備自投將形同虛設(shè),特別是很多供電單位采取了統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有時(shí)起到的效果卻適得其反。本文通過案例分析,提出了備自投在內(nèi)橋接線備進(jìn)線方式、極小負(fù)荷情況下備分段開關(guān)方式以及存有小電源系統(tǒng)備橋開關(guān)三種不同運(yùn)行方式下新的動(dòng)作條件邏輯判據(jù),為以后如何整定類似運(yùn)行方式下的備自投提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The automatic switching device of standby power supply, which is an important part of substation protection, is an important part of substation protection. When there is a fault in the single strip of double power supply line in a substation or a single bar of double busbar is out of power, the device automatically closes the bus switch. Provide backup power for busbar, prevent long-time power outages and ensure normal power supply to customers. Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to the reliability of power supply. Taking Zhejiang Fuyang Power supply Company as the background, the development of the operational logic of the preparation for automatic throwing has gone through several processes, and the judging conditions have been changed again and again, but there are still problems of one kind or another. In this paper, by comparing several kinds of operational conditions, Through the actual case analysis, it is expounded that the setting of the operation conditions of the standby automatic switch should be based on the different connection mode, the standby mode, the load situation and the operation mode of the special system in the substation to set up the differential setting criterion. Do not adopt a single way blindly set, otherwise, self-service will be virtual, especially many power supply units to adopt a unified standard, sometimes the effect is counterproductive. In this paper, through the case analysis, a new operation condition logic criterion is put forward under three different operation modes, that is, the on-line mode of the self-switched internal bridge connection, the piecewise switch mode under the minimal load condition and the three different operation modes of the standby bridge switch of the small power supply system. For the future how to set the similar operation mode under the self-investment to provide reference.
