車(chē)用質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池材料部件

【摘要】:車(chē)用燃料電池主要包括質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池、金屬-空氣燃料電池等,其中質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池是目前車(chē)用燃料電池的主要開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)象(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)車(chē)用燃料電池)。經(jīng)過(guò)全球范圍內(nèi)近十年的持續(xù)研發(fā),車(chē)用燃料電池在能量效率、功率密度與比功率、低溫啟動(dòng)等功能特性方面已經(jīng)取得了突破性進(jìn)展,新一輪的燃料電池汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)化浪潮正在迫近。然而,車(chē)用燃料電池的耐久性和成本還沒(méi)達(dá)到預(yù)期商業(yè)化目標(biāo),是其產(chǎn)業(yè)化的最后障礙。探索和研發(fā)燃料電池用新型關(guān)鍵材料部件是解決這兩大問(wèn)題、推進(jìn)其商業(yè)化進(jìn)程的關(guān)鍵所在,也是車(chē)用燃料電池長(zhǎng)期的研究重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)。本文系統(tǒng)地梳理了近幾年來(lái)車(chē)用燃料電池質(zhì)子交換膜、催化層、氣體擴(kuò)散層、雙板板關(guān)鍵材料部件的研究進(jìn)展和成果,并分類(lèi)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述,分析了其性能與商業(yè)化目標(biāo)的差距。最后展望了車(chē)用燃料電池關(guān)鍵材料部件今后的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Vehicle fuel cell mainly includes proton exchange membrane fuel cell, metal-air fuel cell and so on, among which proton exchange membrane fuel cell is the main developing object of vehicle fuel cell (hereinafter referred to as vehicle fuel cell). After nearly a decade of continuous research and development around the world, vehicle fuel cells have made a breakthrough in energy efficiency, power density and specific power, low-temperature start-up and other functional characteristics. A new wave of fuel cell vehicle industrialization is approaching. However, the durability and cost of vehicle fuel cells have not reached the target of commercialization, which is the last obstacle to their industrialization. Exploring and developing new key material components for fuel cell is the key to solve these two problems and promote the commercialization of fuel cell. It is also the focus and hotspot of vehicle fuel cell research for a long time. In this paper, the progress and achievements of the research on the proton exchange membrane, catalytic layer, gas diffusion layer and biplate key material components of vehicle fuel cell in recent years are systematically reviewed. The gap between performance and commercialization target is analyzed. Finally, the future development direction of key material components of vehicle fuel cell is prospected.
