基于AMT的母線槽制造系統(tǒng)的建模仿真與優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:The development of power system plays an important role in the economic development of our country. Modern high-rise buildings and factory workshops need huge power transmission. In the reasonable distribution of the building, it can meet the needs of all aspects, which provides a broad space for the development of busbar slot system, but also brings fierce market competition, however, in the busbar slot manufacturing system, The application of advanced manufacturing technology has not yet achieved the expected results. The extensive application of advanced manufacturing technology is not only an important means of economic prosperity in China, but also an important method to improve the quality and efficiency of industry. Therefore, how to improve the development quality, reduce the development cycle, reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency of busbar slot manufacturing system in the environment of advanced manufacturing technology has become an urgent problem. Based on the principle of manufacturing system modeling and simulation, this paper studies how to optimize the busbar slot manufacturing system under the advanced manufacturing technology environment. In this paper, a series of problems such as product quality, production cycle, production efficiency and production automation are solved, and discrete event modeling method is adopted according to the production data of the busbar slot in the actual workshop, taking the intensive busbar slot of a certain enterprise as the research object, and solving a series of problems such as product quality, production cycle, production efficiency and production automation. The whole process of busbar slot manufacturing system is modeled and simulated by using discrete event modeling software ProModel. Firstly, according to the structure and working principle of the busbar slot manufacture, the scope and running environment of the system are defined, and the modeling and simulation research plan of the busbar trough system is made according to the production requirements. Secondly, the mathematical model of busbar slot manufacturing system is established. By using ProModel software, the mathematical model of busbar slot manufacturing system is converted into a data format that can be recognized by computer, and the simulation experiment is carried out. Finally, by processing the data analysis and evaluating the system performance index, improving and optimizing the configuration of each working procedure of busbar slot manufacturing system, this paper provides powerful theoretical basis and scientific guidance for busbar manufacturing enterprise, and provides decision support for production scheduling.
