【摘要】：優(yōu)質(zhì)的供電服務(wù)對(duì)民生和社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。基于公平原則對(duì)當(dāng)前需求側(cè)電價(jià)制度的影響作淺略探討,提出的建議綜合考慮了社會(huì)福利、節(jié)能等基本原則。
[Abstract]:High-quality power supply service is of great significance to people's livelihood and social and economic development. Based on the principle of fairness, this paper makes a brief discussion on the influence of the current demand-side electricity price system, and puts forward some suggestions which comprehensively consider the basic principles of social welfare, energy saving and so on.
