【摘要】:針對(duì)鋼鐵工業(yè)中的大量燒結(jié)煙氣余熱,提出一種基于熱電發(fā)電技術(shù)的顯熱回收方案,建立了相應(yīng)的計(jì)算模型,得到了煙氣、冷卻水、熱電單元端點(diǎn)溫度沿流動(dòng)方向的分布特征,分析了煙氣溫度、煙氣換熱系數(shù)、冷卻水換熱系數(shù)對(duì)最優(yōu)熱電單元長(zhǎng)度的影響,并分析了熱電單元橫截面積對(duì)電流和電壓的影響。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于350℃的燒結(jié)煙氣,每平方米換熱面積可以產(chǎn)生約1.47 kW電能,熱效率約為4.5%,設(shè)備成本的回收周期在4年左右。
[Abstract]:A sensible heat recovery scheme based on thermoelectric power generation technology is proposed for the waste heat of sintering flue gas in iron and steel industry. The corresponding calculation model is established, and the distribution characteristics of flue gas, cooling water and terminal temperature of thermoelectric unit along the flow direction are obtained. The influence of flue gas temperature, flue gas heat transfer coefficient and cooling water heat transfer coefficient on the optimal length of thermoelectric unit is analyzed.
