配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的網(wǎng)格化方法及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)或能源系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)非常重要的子系統(tǒng),電力系統(tǒng)就是為用戶提供滿足需求的電力而存在和發(fā)展的,其中配電網(wǎng)是直接面對(duì)用戶的組成部分,因此顯得尤為重要。對(duì)于供電企業(yè)而言,合理的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃就是尋找一種即節(jié)省費(fèi)用,又可滿足用戶供電需求和可靠性的方法。配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃主要由電力負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)、電源規(guī)劃和電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃構(gòu)成。電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃又以負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)和電源規(guī)劃為基礎(chǔ),在保證輸電能力,滿足各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)的前提下使供電系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的費(fèi)用最小。目前,北京市配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)存在著與城市建設(shè)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)、負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)及電氣計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確性不高和配電網(wǎng)與主網(wǎng)的建設(shè)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)等問(wèn)題。本文結(jié)合準(zhǔn)確的城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)方案,對(duì)城市配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行合理分區(qū),通過(guò)網(wǎng)格化的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)分區(qū)用電需求的準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè),在此基礎(chǔ)上,分區(qū)開(kāi)展配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,在原有地區(qū)主網(wǎng)和配電網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出變電站點(diǎn)建設(shè)方案和配電站點(diǎn)建設(shè)方案,并在分區(qū)間完善區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)聯(lián)絡(luò)方案,保證互為備用,在滿足地區(qū)用電負(fù)荷發(fā)展需求的同時(shí),滿足用戶對(duì)供電可靠性的需要。本文選取北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)作為配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的試點(diǎn)。通過(guò)北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)用電負(fù)荷的實(shí)際情況,將配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格化,準(zhǔn)確進(jìn)行分區(qū)負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè),在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,將為北京市其他區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供可靠的參考依據(jù),形成配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的網(wǎng)格化方法,從而有效加強(qiáng)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:The electric power system is a very important subsystem of the whole national economy or the energy system. The electric power system exists and develops to provide the electricity to meet the demand for the user, among which the distribution network is the component that faces the user directly. So it is particularly important. For the power supply enterprises, the reasonable distribution network planning is to find a method that can not only save the cost, but also meet the demand and reliability of power supply. Distribution network planning is mainly composed of power load forecasting, power planning and power network planning. On the basis of load forecasting and power supply planning, power network planning can minimize the cost of power supply system construction on the premise of ensuring transmission capacity and meeting various technical targets. At present, there are some problems in the construction of distribution network in Beijing, such as the incoordination between the development of distribution network and urban construction, the inaccuracy of load forecasting and electrical calculation, and the development of distribution network and main network. This paper combines the accurate urban planning and construction scheme, carries on the reasonable partition to the urban distribution network, through the grid method, realizes the accurate forecast to the district electricity demand, on this basis, the district carries out the distribution network plan, On the basis of the original main network and distribution network, the paper puts forward the construction scheme of substation point and distribution station, and perfects the regional distribution network liaison scheme in each interval to ensure that it can be used for each other, while meeting the demand of local power load development. To meet the needs of users for the reliability of power supply. This paper selects Chaoyang District of Beijing as the pilot of distribution network planning. According to the actual situation of electricity load in Chaoyang District of Beijing, the distribution network is gridded, and the distribution network planning is carried out on the basis of accurate load forecasting. It will provide a reliable reference for the planning and construction of distribution network in other regions of Beijing, and form a grid method for distribution network planning, thus effectively strengthening the scientific nature of distribution network planning.
