高壓直流繼電器電壽命試驗及觸頭模擬試驗裝置改進研究

【摘要】:高壓直流繼電器在航天領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用非常廣泛,其工作可靠性至關(guān)重要。鑒于涉及國防領(lǐng)域關(guān)鍵技術(shù),保密性較強,目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于高壓直流繼電器的結(jié)構(gòu)分析和試驗研究還很缺乏,在模擬試驗方面還沒有能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)多通道實時同步采集和存儲的觸頭模擬試驗裝置,因此研究提高高壓直流繼電器電壽命的關(guān)鍵因素,并設(shè)計和改進觸頭模擬試驗系統(tǒng)具有重要意義。 為了研究高壓直流繼電器關(guān)鍵參數(shù),通過解剖GX11、HFE18、AEV18012、AEB310012、LEV200、G18/G50等高壓直流繼電器,結(jié)合相關(guān)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)說明書,從額定切換條件、觸頭結(jié)構(gòu)、觸頭材料、驅(qū)弧磁場、氣壓氣氛、觸頭直徑的角度對繼電器樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計原理進行參數(shù)對比和理論分析,得到影響高壓直流繼電器電壽命的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。 利用G50和GXX繼電器開展電壽命試驗,分析結(jié)果可知:RC并聯(lián)電路可有效吸收觸頭分斷瞬間電弧能量、減小電路尖峰電壓,從而減小電弧對觸頭的侵蝕,延長繼電器觸頭電壽命;驅(qū)弧磁場有利于電弧的快速運動、減小電弧集聚、拉長電弧,從而加速電弧熄滅、減小電弧對觸頭的侵蝕,有利于繼電器電壽命的提高。在DC5000V/20A和DC5000V/30A帶阻性負載條件下,GXX繼電器能夠完成規(guī)定操作次數(shù)且不失效。 關(guān)于觸頭模擬試驗裝置,作了如下改進:1)增加了激光位移傳感器,以實現(xiàn)對動觸頭位移、速度的測試功能,,同時通過對原LabVIEW采集程序進行改進,實現(xiàn)利用觸頭模擬裝置實時采集并存儲電壓、電流、動觸頭位移、動觸頭速度、接觸壓力等5個參數(shù)的功能;2)設(shè)計了觸頭表面測量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由觸頭表面拍攝系統(tǒng)和圖像分析系統(tǒng)組成,可全程記錄觸頭通斷過程中表面輪廓線的變化,計算動靜觸頭表面最大凸起的高度和表面最短距離,并從單一方向定位最短距離對應(yīng)點所在平面,對研究觸頭動熔焊的形成過程有重要意義。
[Abstract]:High voltage DC relay is widely used in spaceflight field, its working reliability is very important. In view of the fact that the key technologies in the field of national defense are involved and the confidentiality is strong, there is still a lack of structural analysis and experimental research on HVDC relays at home and abroad. In the aspect of simulation test, there is no contact simulation test device that can realize multi-channel real-time synchronous acquisition and storage, so the key factors to improve the electrical life of HVDC relay are studied. It is of great significance to design and improve the contact simulation test system. In order to study the key parameters of HVDC relay, by dissecting HV DC relay, such as GX11 / HFE18E18AEV18012 / AEB310012 / LEV200 / G50, combined with the technical specification of relevant products, switching condition from rating, contact structure, contact material, arc drive magnetic field, air pressure atmosphere, etc., According to the angle of contact diameter, the parameters of relay sample structure and design principle are compared and analyzed theoretically, and the key parameters affecting the electrical life of HVDC relay are obtained. By using G50 and GXX relays to carry out electrical life tests, the analysis results show that the parallel circuit of 1: RC can effectively absorb the arc energy at the moment of breaking the contact, reduce the peak voltage of the circuit, reduce the erosion of the contact by the arc, and prolong the electrical life of the relay. The magnetic field of arc flooding is beneficial to the rapid movement of arc, reducing the concentration of arc and prolonging the arc, thus accelerating the extinction of arc, reducing the erosion of contact by arc, and increasing the electric life of relay. Under the condition of DC5000V / 20A and DC5000V / 30A band-resistive load, the GXX relay can complete the specified number of operations without failure. As for the contact simulation test device, the following improvements are made: 1) the laser displacement sensor is added to realize the function of measuring the displacement and velocity of the dynamic contact. At the same time, the original LabVIEW acquisition program is improved. Using the contact analog device to collect and store the voltage, current, displacement, velocity and pressure of the contact in real time, a measuring system for the contact surface is designed. The system is composed of contact surface shooting system and image analysis system. It can record the change of surface contour during the process of contact breaking, and calculate the maximum elevation and the shortest distance of the surface of the static and static contact. It is important to study the forming process of contact dynamic fusion welding by locating the plane of the shortest distance corresponding point from a single direction.
