變電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)及狀態(tài)檢修的研究

【摘要】:隨著電力系統(tǒng)自動化的迅速發(fā)展,對供電可靠性的要求日益提高。對于電力變壓器—電力系統(tǒng)中的重要電氣設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及對可靠性的要求也越來越高。為了適應(yīng)目前形勢對電力系統(tǒng)的要求,必須大力開發(fā)智能化的在線檢測方法及故障診斷策略。由于在線檢測技術(shù)和成熟的故障診斷技術(shù)的應(yīng)用可大大提高變電站一次設(shè)備安全可靠性,延長變電設(shè)備安全使用壽命,提高變電設(shè)備利用率。因此老式的預(yù)防性檢修體系已經(jīng)逐漸被以在線檢測及故障診斷研究技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的狀態(tài)檢修體系所代替。本文分析變電站主變、高壓斷路器、容性設(shè)備、氧化鋅避雷器的故障及其監(jiān)測原理,研究各種監(jiān)測原理的應(yīng)用范圍,著重理解目前應(yīng)用廣泛的幾種在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)。對比分析變壓器、斷路器、容性設(shè)備、氧化鋅避雷器在線監(jiān)測技術(shù),研究在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)的工程應(yīng)用;通過工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用的故障診斷案列,對在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的注意點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。對變電一次電設(shè)備的狀態(tài)評估方法和故障診斷技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析研究。研究狀態(tài)評估方法和故障診斷技術(shù)以及狀態(tài)檢修的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),為狀態(tài)檢修工作的后續(xù)開展奠定堅實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本文就在線監(jiān)測和故障診斷的理論和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究,通過對狀態(tài)檢修理論和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用中的難題進(jìn)行分析和探討,總結(jié)出適合變電站設(shè)備實(shí)際的狀態(tài)檢修工作方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of power system automation, the requirement of power supply reliability is increasing day by day. The requirements of safety, economic benefit and reliability of important electrical equipment in power transformer-power system are also higher and higher. In order to meet the requirements of the current situation for the power system, it is necessary to develop intelligent on-line detection methods and fault diagnosis strategies. The application of on-line detection technology and mature fault diagnosis technology can greatly improve the safety and reliability of substation primary equipment, prolong the safe service life of substation equipment, and improve the utilization ratio of substation equipment. Therefore, the old-fashioned preventive maintenance system has been gradually replaced by the condition-based maintenance system based on on-line detection and fault diagnosis research technology. This paper analyzes the faults and monitoring principles of substation main transformer, high voltage circuit breaker, capacitive equipment and zinc oxide arrester, studies the application scope of various monitoring principles, and emphasizes on understanding several online monitoring techniques which are widely used at present. Compare and analyze the on-line monitoring technology of transformer, circuit breaker, capacitive equipment and zinc oxide arrester, and study the engineering application of on-line monitoring technology. The advantages and disadvantages of online monitoring technology and the practical application of the points of attention are analyzed in detail. The state evaluation method and fault diagnosis technology of primary substation equipment are analyzed and studied. The research on the status assessment method, fault diagnosis technology and the key technology of condition-based maintenance lays a solid foundation for the subsequent development of condition based maintenance. In this paper, the theoretical and practical application of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis is studied. Through the analysis and discussion of the difficulties in the theory and practice of condition-based maintenance, the working methods of condition-based maintenance suitable for substation equipment are summarized.
