智能型配電自動(dòng)化實(shí)施方案研究

【摘要】:配電系統(tǒng)直接面向廣大用戶,是保證用戶供電可靠性與電能質(zhì)量、提高電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行效率和創(chuàng)新服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。隨著電力用戶對(duì)電能質(zhì)量、用電可靠性等方面的要求日益提高,對(duì)配電網(wǎng)的調(diào)度管理提出了越來越高的要求,實(shí)施配電自動(dòng)化已成為配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。論文圍繞智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展背景下的智能型配電自動(dòng)化實(shí)施方案開展了研究,主要工作如下: (1)給出了配電自動(dòng)化由配電自動(dòng)化主站、配電子站及配電終端等元素組成的基本體系結(jié)構(gòu),從故障處理、合環(huán)估計(jì)、潮流計(jì)算、負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)、仿真、及其相應(yīng)智能化應(yīng)用功能等方面分析了配電自動(dòng)化實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 (2)深入分析了配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的基本需求,為制定配電自動(dòng)化實(shí)施方案奠定基礎(chǔ)。制定了配電自動(dòng)化的規(guī)劃目標(biāo),,并以此為指導(dǎo),從一次網(wǎng)架建設(shè)、配電自動(dòng)化主站建設(shè)、配電子站、終端建設(shè)以及通信系統(tǒng)建設(shè)4個(gè)方面建立詳細(xì)的配電自動(dòng)化規(guī)劃目標(biāo)體系。進(jìn)而遵循規(guī)劃目標(biāo),從4個(gè)方面建立配電自動(dòng)化實(shí)施具體方案,并對(duì)快速自愈、信息系統(tǒng)集成、互動(dòng)化建設(shè)等智能電網(wǎng)新特性的建設(shè)提出方案。 (3)對(duì)配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)從技術(shù)體系、應(yīng)用體系、信息交互體系、調(diào)控一體化體系等方面分析預(yù)期效果,通過工程前后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對(duì)照,可直觀看到配電自動(dòng)化方案實(shí)施后配電網(wǎng)在安全性、可靠性、調(diào)度管理便捷性等方面的提升。還估算了配電自動(dòng)化改造費(fèi)用,并據(jù)此進(jìn)行配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的社會(huì)效益分析和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析,論證了配電自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施方案的可行性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:The distribution system is directly oriented to the users. It is the key link to ensure the power supply reliability and power quality of the users, to improve the efficiency and innovation of the power grid. With the increasing requirements of the power users on the power quality and the power reliability, the more and more high requirements for the distribution network management are put forward, and the distribution automation is implemented. It has become an important link in the construction of distribution network. This paper studies the implementation scheme of intelligent distribution automation in the context of the development of smart grid. The main work is as follows:
(1) the basic architecture of distribution automation, which consists of main stations of distribution automation, electronic station and distribution terminal, is given. The key technologies of distribution automation are analyzed from the aspects of fault handling, loop estimation, power flow calculation, load forecasting, simulation, and the corresponding intelligent application functions.
(2) the basic needs of the construction of distribution automation system are analyzed in depth, and the foundation for the implementation of the distribution automation scheme is laid. The planning target of distribution automation is formulated, and the detailed distribution of power distribution is set up from 4 aspects: the construction of the network frame, the construction of the main station of the distribution automation, the electronic station, the terminal construction and the construction of the communication system. Automatic planning target system, and then follow the planning objectives, from 4 aspects of the implementation of the implementation of distribution automation scheme, and the rapid self-healing, information system integration, interactive construction of the construction of intelligent power grid and other new characteristics of the construction of the scheme.
(3) the distribution automation system is analyzed from the technical system, the application system, the information interaction system, the control integration system and so on. Through the comparison of various indexes before and after the project, the distribution network can be visually improved in the aspects of security, reliability and convenience of dispatching management after the implementation of the distribution automation scheme. In addition, the social benefit analysis and economic benefit analysis of the distribution automation system are carried out, and the feasibility and maneuverability of the implementation scheme of the distribution automation design are demonstrated.
