電氣設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修中紅外檢測技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文介紹了電氣設(shè)備紅外檢測基本原理、紅外診斷方法以及影響診斷準(zhǔn)確性的因素及對策,以紅外診斷技術(shù)為依據(jù),給出了各電氣設(shè)備缺陷部位的紅外熱像圖并進(jìn)行分析判斷,并以江陰電網(wǎng)電氣設(shè)備紅外檢測的熱像圖為例分析了紅外檢測技術(shù)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足,全文分為五章:第一章闡述了本課題的研究背景以及選題的意義,并對國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作了簡單的介紹。第二章介紹了紅外檢測技術(shù)的基本理論以及電氣設(shè)備發(fā)熱故障的原因與類型,簡述了電氣設(shè)備紅外檢測的基本原理及紅外檢測采用的基本儀器。利用紅外檢測技術(shù)來判斷設(shè)備故障情況,要根據(jù)導(dǎo)致設(shè)備發(fā)熱的類型并結(jié)合設(shè)備本身以及運(yùn)行條件等多方面來診斷,還要考慮到可能引起誤判的情況。第三章總結(jié)歸納了紅外診斷技術(shù)的方法與判斷依據(jù),以及影響紅外診斷的因素,提出了減小誤差的方法及注意事項(xiàng),最大限度的提高電氣設(shè)備缺陷紅外診斷的準(zhǔn)確率。第四章針對江陰電網(wǎng)中的電氣設(shè)備利用紅外檢測所獲得的典型圖譜,簡要介紹了電氣設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),并對各設(shè)備的紅外熱像圖譜作了簡要分析。通過舉例3個紅外檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)的缺陷及1個檢測手段的技術(shù)改進(jìn),詳細(xì)分析了缺陷的形成、原因及處理整改措施,說明紅外檢測技術(shù)在狀態(tài)檢修中起著非常重要的作用,隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展,紅外檢測技術(shù)手段也越來越多樣化。第五章對本文的工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對需進(jìn)一步開展的工作以及研究方向作了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the basic principle of infrared detection of electrical equipment, the method of infrared diagnosis, the factors affecting the accuracy of diagnosis and the countermeasures. Based on the infrared diagnostic technology, the infrared thermal image of the defects of each electrical equipment is given and analyzed and judged. The advantages and disadvantages of infrared detection technology in practical application are analyzed by taking the infrared image of electrical equipment in Jiangyin power grid as an example. The full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter describes the research background and significance of the topic. The present situation of development at home and abroad is briefly introduced. The second chapter introduces the basic theory of infrared detection technology, the causes and types of heating failure of electrical equipment, briefly describes the basic principle of infrared detection of electrical equipment and the basic instruments used in infrared detection. Using the infrared detection technology to judge the fault condition of the equipment, it is necessary to diagnose according to the type that causes the equipment to heat up and combine with the equipment itself and the operation condition, and to take into account the situation that may cause the wrong judgment. The third chapter summarizes the methods and judgment basis of infrared diagnosis technology, and the factors affecting infrared diagnosis, puts forward the methods and precautions to reduce the errors, and improves the accuracy of infrared diagnosis of electrical equipment defects to the maximum extent. In the fourth chapter, the structure characteristics of electrical equipment are briefly introduced, and the infrared thermal image of each equipment is analyzed briefly according to the typical spectrum obtained by infrared detection of electrical equipment in Jiangyin power network. By giving three examples of defects found in infrared detection and technical improvement of one testing method, the formation, causes and treatment measures of defects are analyzed in detail. It is shown that infrared detection technology plays a very important role in condition based maintenance. With the development of technology, infrared detection technology is becoming more and more diversified. In the fifth chapter, the work of this paper is summarized, and the further work and research direction are prospected.
