高壓直流GIL中盆式絕緣子表面電荷積聚與消散的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究直流電壓下絕緣子表面電荷積聚及其抑制措施,是開(kāi)發(fā)直流氣體絕緣管道輸電線路(GIL)的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。因此建立了一套盆式絕緣子表面電荷測(cè)量系統(tǒng),采用靜電探頭法,在空氣中對(duì)施加了直流電壓后的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂盆式絕緣子進(jìn)行了表面電位的測(cè)量,研究了不同極性、不同幅值電壓以及極性反轉(zhuǎn)情況下表面電荷的積聚現(xiàn)象,并對(duì)表面電荷的消散進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:絕緣子表面電荷分布與所施電壓極性密切相關(guān);在0.5 MPa空氣中,隨著施加電壓幅值(+40~+70 kV)增加,絕緣子表面電荷急劇增加(負(fù)電位最大處從-200 V增加到-3 000 V);在0.5 MPa空氣中,先后施加+70 kV及-40 kV電壓,絕緣子局部表面電荷激增現(xiàn)象明顯(正電位最大處由500 V增大到超過(guò)2 500 V);在0.1 MPa空氣中施加+40 kV電壓,在0~300 min內(nèi),絕緣子表面電荷消散近似指數(shù)衰減過(guò)程,時(shí)間常數(shù)約為104 s數(shù)量級(jí)。
[Abstract]:It is a key technology to study the charge accumulation on insulator surface under DC voltage and its suppression measures in the development of DC gas insulated pipeline transmission line (Gil). Therefore, a system for measuring the surface charge of a basin insulator is established. The surface potential of epoxy resin insulator with DC voltage is measured by electrostatic probe method, and the polarity of the insulator with different polarity is studied. The phenomenon of surface charge accumulation under different amplitude voltage and polarity reversal is measured and the dissipation of surface charge is measured. The experimental results show that the charge distribution on the insulator surface is closely related to the polarity of the applied voltage, and increases with the applied voltage amplitude (40 ~ 70 kV) in 0.5 MPA air. The surface charge of insulator increases sharply (the maximum negative potential increases from -200 V to -3 000 V), and 70 kV and -40 kV voltages are applied successively in 0.5 MPA air. The local surface charge surge of insulator is obvious (the maximum positive potential is increased from 500V to more than 2500V), and when 40kV voltage is applied in the air of 0.1 MPA, the surface charge dissipation of insulator is approximately exponential decay process within 0 ~ 300 min. The time constant is about 104 s.
