【摘要】:隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,濾波連接器得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。管式陶瓷電容因其優(yōu)良的電性能和內(nèi)外電極結(jié)構(gòu)帶來的完美的安裝方式而被濾波連接器廣泛采用,隨著濾波連接器應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷拓展,各種應(yīng)用環(huán)境對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求不斷提升,在尺寸精度、瓷件抗環(huán)境應(yīng)力等方面對濾波連接器用管式陶瓷電容提出了更高的要求。同時隨著市場需求量的不斷增加,現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)工藝在生產(chǎn)周期和產(chǎn)能方面已不能滿足要求。國內(nèi)管式陶瓷電容器成型主要采用擠制法,該法生產(chǎn)周期長、產(chǎn)能不高,陶瓷件強度相對偏低,且在產(chǎn)品尺寸精度上存在橢圓、彎曲、斜頭等諸多問題。本論文針對上述問題,在分析對比各種陶瓷成型方法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了將干壓成型法用于管式陶瓷電容器成型,該法生產(chǎn)周期短、產(chǎn)能高、尺寸精度高、質(zhì)量一致性好。本課題主要研究管式陶瓷電容器干壓成型工藝,主要內(nèi)容包括:1.研究對比了各種陶瓷成型方式,不同干壓成型方式的影響。研究結(jié)果認為,與傳統(tǒng)的擠制成型法相比,干壓模具法成型工藝具有尺寸精度高、坯體強度高、電性能好、生產(chǎn)周期短、效率高、資金投入少等優(yōu)勢。2.研究了陶瓷粉料特性對陶瓷濾波管芯性能的影響。主要包括粉料顆粒形貌與松裝密度及流動性的關(guān)系、成型壓力與生坯密度的關(guān)系、成型生坯密度對陶瓷濾波管芯性能的影響等。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)顆粒形貌呈小蘋果狀的粉料具有較大的松裝密度,確定了粉料的最佳成型密度在4.14g/cm3左右。3.研究了成型模具對產(chǎn)品的影響。包括成型模具光潔度的影響、模具材料的選擇。研究認為模具成型腔的粗糙度對產(chǎn)品的尺寸精度具有較大的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, filter connectors are more and more widely used. Tubular ceramic capacitors are widely used in filter connectors because of their excellent electrical properties and perfect installation mode brought by internal and external electrode structure. With the continuous expansion of the application field of filter connectors, various application environments are constantly improving the product quality requirements. Higher requirements for tubular ceramic capacitors for filter connectors are put forward in terms of dimensional accuracy and environmental stress resistance of porcelain parts. At the same time, with the increasing market demand, the existing production process can not meet the requirements in terms of production cycle and production capacity. Extruding is the main method for forming tubular ceramic capacitors in China. This method has long production cycle, low production capacity, relatively low strength of ceramic parts and many problems in dimensional accuracy of products such as ellipse, bending and skew head. In order to solve the above problems, based on the analysis and comparison of various ceramic forming methods, this paper puts forward the method of dry pressing forming for tubular ceramic capacitors. The method has the advantages of short production period, high productivity, high dimensional precision and good quality consistency. This paper mainly studies the dry compression molding technology of tubular ceramic capacitor, the main content of which includes: 1. The effects of various ceramic molding methods and different dry pressing methods were studied and compared. The results show that compared with the traditional extrusion molding process, the dry pressing molding process has the advantages of high dimensional precision, high strength of the billet, good electrical properties, short production cycle, high efficiency and less investment. The effect of ceramic powder characteristics on the core properties of ceramic filter tube was studied. It mainly includes the relationship between powder particle morphology and loose packing density and fluidity, the relationship between molding pressure and green density, and the influence of forming green density on the properties of ceramic filter tube core. It was found that the powder with a small apple shape had a large loose density, and the optimum forming density of the powder was determined to be about. 3. 4.14g/cm3. The influence of molding die on the product was studied. Including the impact of mold finish, mold material selection. It is considered that the roughness of die cavity has a great influence on the dimensional accuracy of the product.
