基于FPGA永磁同步電機(jī)控制的數(shù)字信號(hào)處理

【摘要】:永磁同步電機(jī)因具有體積小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、損耗小且效率高等特點(diǎn),近些年來(lái)在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。特別是在提出矢量控制之后,永磁同步電機(jī)控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展速度有了很大的提升。對(duì)于矢量控制,電流、速度及轉(zhuǎn)子位置的檢測(cè)是必不可少的,而在電機(jī)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,控制操作機(jī)構(gòu)和檢測(cè)環(huán)節(jié)都會(huì)對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果產(chǎn)生很大的影響。如果檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)不夠準(zhǔn)確,就會(huì)對(duì)電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的性能造成很大的影響,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)造成電機(jī)停轉(zhuǎn)甚至燒毀電機(jī)。 本文首先對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)的矢量控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,并詳細(xì)介紹了FIR數(shù)字濾波器的原理,選取具有對(duì)稱(chēng)性的線性相位結(jié)構(gòu)FIR濾波器。設(shè)計(jì)基于FPGA的電機(jī)控制檢測(cè)信號(hào)處理系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)永磁同步電機(jī)的控制策略建立了電機(jī)數(shù)學(xué)模型,確定控制系統(tǒng)采用矢量控制。在Matlab/Simulink的仿真軟件平臺(tái)上搭建了永磁同步電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,基于轉(zhuǎn)速、電流雙閉環(huán)的控制策略對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,證明系統(tǒng)的可行性。以FPGA為控制核心,根據(jù)電機(jī)控制原理設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)檢測(cè)信號(hào)處理系統(tǒng)。其中,包括電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速檢測(cè)、轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測(cè)及初始定位和電流檢測(cè)。利用分布式算法設(shè)計(jì)了FIR濾波器實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電流的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè),通過(guò)自頂向下的設(shè)計(jì)方法,將整個(gè)模塊劃分為幾個(gè)功能單元,,再利用Verilog HDL硬件描述語(yǔ)言完成了各個(gè)單元的設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in various fields in recent years because of its small size, simple structure, low loss and high efficiency. Especially after vector control is proposed, the development speed of PMSM control technology has been greatly improved. It is essential for vector control, current, speed and rotor position detection, but in the process of motor operation, the control operation mechanism and detection link will have a great impact on the detection results. If the detection data is not accurate enough, the performance of the motor control system will be greatly affected, and the motor will stop or even burn down when it is serious. In this paper, the vector control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is analyzed, and the principle of Fir digital filter is introduced in detail. The linear phase structure Fir filter with symmetry is selected. The signal processing system of motor control detection based on FPGA is designed. According to the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the mathematical model of PMSM is established, and vector control is adopted in the control system. The simulation model of PMSM control system is built on Matlab / Simulink simulation software platform. The system is verified based on the control strategy of rotational speed and current, and the feasibility of the system is proved. According to the principle of motor control, the signal processing system of motor detection is designed with FPGA as the control core. Among them, including motor speed detection, rotor position detection and initial positioning and current detection. Using distributed algorithm, Fir filter is designed to detect the current accurately. The whole module is divided into several functional units by top-down design method, and the design of each unit is completed by using Verilog HDL hardware description language.
