一款低成本LED照明驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:LED(Light Emitting Diode)是一種高效、耐用、安全的光源,隨著全球能源危機(jī),LED將逐步替代目前所使用的照明工具,它正引領(lǐng)人類進(jìn)入又一次照明領(lǐng)域革命。LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源是LED照明的核心,其性能的優(yōu)劣直接決定了照明燈具性能的好壞。隨著LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球迅猛發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)對(duì)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源提出了更多要求:如結(jié)構(gòu)精簡(jiǎn),控制簡(jiǎn)單,電路規(guī)模小等。所以,研究既能很好實(shí)現(xiàn)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)又具有以上特點(diǎn)的驅(qū)動(dòng)電源就具有重大意義。本文首先介紹了LED的基本特點(diǎn),分析了LED市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。然后分析了目前市場(chǎng)上主流的幾種LED驅(qū)動(dòng)方案,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇出本文所采用的浮地式非隔離降壓驅(qū)動(dòng)。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的芯片采用華潤(rùn)上華第二代700V高壓BCD工藝,芯片恒流采用逐周期限流的臨界導(dǎo)通模式,控制簡(jiǎn)單,無需環(huán)路補(bǔ)償。本文首先分析了芯片系統(tǒng)工作原理及具體的設(shè)計(jì)方法,根據(jù)制定的芯片電學(xué)參數(shù)完成了芯片內(nèi)部各主要模塊的設(shè)計(jì),包括帶隙基準(zhǔn)、參考電壓產(chǎn)生電路、峰值關(guān)斷比較器和谷底導(dǎo)通檢測(cè)比較器、LED開路保護(hù)和LED短路保護(hù)模塊,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的說明和分析。最后,結(jié)合Cadence的Spectre仿真工具,對(duì)芯片各模塊和整體電路進(jìn)行了仿真和驗(yàn)證,仿真結(jié)果達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和要求。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的芯片具有控制,啟動(dòng)和功率管三合一的特點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)可靠性高,外圍電路精簡(jiǎn),可有效降低驅(qū)動(dòng)電源的系統(tǒng)成本。因此,它是一款具有市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片。
[Abstract]:Led (Light emitting Diode) is an efficient, durable and safe light source. With the global energy crisis LED will gradually replace the current lighting tools, it is leading mankind into another lighting revolution. Led by LED driving power is the core of LED lighting. The quality of its performance directly determines the performance of lighting lamps. With the rapid development of LED lighting industry in the world, the market has put forward more requirements for LED driving power supply, such as simple structure, simple control, small circuit size and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the LED drive and drive power supply with the above characteristics. This paper first introduces the basic characteristics of LED, analyzes the current situation of LED market and the trend of future development. Then, several mainstream LED driver schemes in the market are analyzed, and on this basis, the floating-ground non-isolated step-down drive is selected. The chip designed in this paper adopts the second generation 700V high voltage BCD process of China Resources China. The constant current of the chip adopts the critical conduction mode of limiting current by cycle. The control is simple and no loop compensation is needed. In this paper, the working principle of the chip system and the specific design method are analyzed. According to the electrical parameters of the chip, the main modules are designed, including the bandgap reference, the reference voltage generation circuit. The peak turn-off comparator and the trough bottom turn-on detection comparator have LED open circuit protection and LED short circuit protection module, and the related explanation and analysis have been carried out at the same time. Finally, combined with Cadence's Spectre simulation tool, the chip modules and the whole circuit are simulated and verified. The simulation results reach the expected design objectives and requirements. The chip designed in this paper has the characteristics of control, startup and power transistor. The system is reliable and the peripheral circuit is simple, which can effectively reduce the system cost of driving power supply. Therefore, it is a market-competitive LED driver chip.
