一種變電站告警圖形網(wǎng)關(guān)最小化系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:提出一種基于嵌入式平臺的告警圖形網(wǎng)關(guān)實現(xiàn)方式,采用無風(fēng)扇、無硬盤的嵌入式設(shè)備,通過IEC 61850制造報文規(guī)范(MMS)采集裝置數(shù)據(jù),以哈希算法為索引的共享內(nèi)存實時庫和文件型存儲為數(shù)據(jù)存儲介質(zhì),以消息總線為系統(tǒng)中間件用于網(wǎng)關(guān)機內(nèi)部各應(yīng)用進程之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互,采用DL/T 476—2012規(guī)約用于網(wǎng)關(guān)機與調(diào)度主站之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互,將告警直傳的告警字符串信息以及遠程瀏覽的CIM/G圖形文件和畫面刷新數(shù)據(jù)上送調(diào)度主站,最終開發(fā)出一整套為告警直傳與遠程瀏覽應(yīng)用量身定制,具備采集、存儲、配置、管理、轉(zhuǎn)換、服務(wù)、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)功能的告警圖形網(wǎng)關(guān)最小化系統(tǒng),經(jīng)實驗室測試和蘇州常熟南變電站試點應(yīng)用證明,研制出的告警圖形網(wǎng)關(guān)機完全符合告警直傳和遠程瀏覽的功能和性能要求。
[Abstract]:This paper presents an alarm graphics gateway based on embedded platform. It adopts an embedded device with no fan and no hard disk, and collects the data of the device through the IEC 61850 Manufacturing message Specification (MMS). The shared memory real-time library and file type storage based on hash algorithm are used as data storage medium, and message bus is used as the system middleware for the data exchange between the application processes within the shut down machine. The DL / T476-2012 protocol is used for the data interaction between the shut down machine and the dispatching master station. The alarm string information directly transmitted by the alarm and the remotely browsed CIMP / G graphics file and picture refresh data are sent to the dispatching master station. Finally, a set of alarm graphic gateway minimization system is developed for alarm direct transmission and remote browsing applications, with the functions of collection, storage, configuration, management, conversion, service and forwarding. It is proved by laboratory test and pilot application of Suzhou Changshu South Substation that the developed alarm graphics shutdown fully meets the function and performance requirements of alarm direct transmission and remote browsing.
