【摘要】：發(fā)電機(jī)作為電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,它的安全可靠運(yùn)行直接關(guān)系到電力系統(tǒng)的安全與穩(wěn)定。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,發(fā)電機(jī)安全運(yùn)行的主要威脅之一來自定子絕緣故障。故障放電的測(cè)量是評(píng)價(jià)定子絕緣狀況、發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣故障的最有效手段之一。發(fā)電機(jī)故障放電在線監(jiān)測(cè)目前已取得豐碩的理論與應(yīng)用成果,然而當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)故障放電監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)出現(xiàn)異常后,專家仍需要到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)去獲取大量的采樣數(shù)據(jù)和其他關(guān)聯(lián)信息,使用專門的移動(dòng)工作站等設(shè)備,來對(duì)異常數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。暴露出現(xiàn)有的發(fā)電機(jī)故障放電在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),在遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)與分析方面的不足。本文首先介紹了課題開展的背景和HOMIS(Hydropower plant Optimal Maintenance Information System)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的框架,在HOMIS系統(tǒng)電氣單元的故障放電在線監(jiān)測(cè)基礎(chǔ)上,開展擬專家思維的故障放電分析方法研究,并研究了中性點(diǎn)耦合電容器法所檢測(cè)到的故障放電信號(hào)的譜圖繪制與分析方法。針對(duì)目前發(fā)電機(jī)故障放電在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)與分析功能的不足,在HOMIS集成環(huán)境下,利用遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù),模擬專家對(duì)故障放電分析的思路,研發(fā)了基于HOMIS網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的發(fā)電機(jī)故障放電的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái),旨在為運(yùn)行人員、檢修人員以及相關(guān)專家提供了強(qiáng)有力的分析工具。并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行故障放電的放電譜圖的關(guān)聯(lián)分析、報(bào)表分析以及趨勢(shì)分析。展示了在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)揮的作用和用戶利用新系統(tǒng)開展輔助診斷的流程和方法。
[Abstract]:Generator as an important part of power system, its safe and reliable operation is directly related to the safety and stability of power system. The statistical results show that one of the main threats to the safe operation of generator is stator insulation fault. Fault discharge measurement is one of the most effective methods to evaluate stator insulation condition and find insulation fault. At present, great achievements have been made in the theory and application of on-line monitoring of generator fault discharge. However, when abnormal fault discharge monitoring data are found, experts still need to go to the field to obtain a large number of sampling data and other related information. Use specialized mobile workstations and other devices to analyze abnormal data. There are some problems in remote monitoring and analysis of generator fault discharge on-line monitoring system. This paper first introduces the background of the project and the frame of online monitoring system of Hydropower plant optimal maintenance Information system. On the basis of on-line monitoring of fault discharge in electric unit of HOMIS system, the research of fault discharge analysis method based on quasi-expert thinking is carried out. The method of drawing and analyzing the spectrum of the fault discharge signal detected by the neutral coupling capacitor method is also studied. In view of the deficiency of remote monitoring and analysis function of on-line monitoring system for generator fault discharge at present, under the integrated environment of HOMIS, using remote monitoring technology, the train of thought of simulating expert to fault discharge analysis is simulated. A remote monitoring platform for generator fault discharge based on Homis network platform is developed, which aims to provide a powerful analysis tool for operators, maintenance personnel and related experts. Combined with the actual monitoring data, the correlation analysis, report analysis and trend analysis of the discharge spectrum of the fault discharge are carried out. The function of industrial field and the process and method of user using the new system to carry out auxiliary diagnosis are demonstrated.
