600MW鍋爐SCR脫硝改造研究

【摘要】:NOx是造成大氣污染的主要原因之一,由于火電廠燃煤排放的NOx量不斷增加,對(duì)大氣環(huán)境造成了嚴(yán)重的污染。因此國(guó)家對(duì)火電機(jī)組的環(huán)保性提出了更高的要求,對(duì)于污染嚴(yán)重,未進(jìn)行改造的火電機(jī)組將無(wú)法滿足新的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)于本文研究對(duì)象火電廠的1號(hào)和2號(hào)機(jī)組,可以使用脫硝改造技術(shù)對(duì)其環(huán)保狀況進(jìn)行改善。在本文中,首先對(duì)目前市場(chǎng)上普遍應(yīng)用的集中煙氣脫硝技術(shù)的原理和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,并且根據(jù)電廠機(jī)組實(shí)際情況對(duì)脫硝技術(shù)進(jìn)行選擇,最后使用了SCR脫硝技術(shù)對(duì)火電機(jī)組進(jìn)行改造。同時(shí)也對(duì)還原劑的使用和特性進(jìn)行了分析,選擇了液氨作為實(shí)際使用的還原劑。對(duì)工程實(shí)施的可行性進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)脫硝工藝和設(shè)備的選型,可行性研究以及工程的影響面分析。同時(shí)在設(shè)備施工過(guò)程中通過(guò)監(jiān)理管控手段,重視安全保護(hù)以及工程的實(shí)際質(zhì)量管控,確保改造工程高質(zhì)量完成。工程投運(yùn)后,對(duì)工程的運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算,發(fā)現(xiàn)整個(gè)工程運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)期。最后,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的投資和收益進(jìn)行了分析?梢缘贸鼋Y(jié)論,通過(guò)本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,國(guó)華滄東電廠1,2號(hào)機(jī)組達(dá)到了環(huán)境保護(hù)部門(mén)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并且收到良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:No _ x is one of the main causes of air pollution. Because of the increasing of no _ x emission from coal-fired power plant, it causes serious pollution to the atmospheric environment. Therefore, the state has put forward higher requirements for the environmental protection of thermal power units, and the unmodified thermal power units will not be able to meet the new standards for the serious pollution. For the No. 1 and No. 2 units of thermal power plant studied in this paper, denitrification technology can be used to improve its environmental protection. In this paper, firstly, the principle and characteristics of concentrated flue gas denitrification technology, which is widely used in the market, are analyzed, and the denitrification technology is selected according to the actual conditions of power plant units. Finally, SCR denitrification technology is used to transform the thermal power unit. At the same time, the use and characteristics of reducing agent were analyzed, and liquid ammonia was selected as the reducing agent. The feasibility of project implementation is analyzed, the selection of denitrification process and equipment, the feasibility study and the analysis of the influence surface of the project are given. At the same time, by means of supervision and control in the process of equipment construction, attention is paid to safety protection and actual quality control of the project to ensure the high quality completion of the reconstruction project. After the project is put into operation, the running condition of the project is analyzed and calculated, and it is found that the whole project is in good running condition and meets the design expectation. Finally, the investment and income of the whole project are analyzed. It can be concluded that through the implementation of this project, units 1 and 2 of Guohua Cangdong Power Plant have reached the relevant standards of environmental protection department, and have received good economic and environmental benefits.
