【摘要】:營業(yè)廳互動化建設(shè)是實現(xiàn)電力客戶和供電企業(yè)之間電力流、信息流、業(yè)務(wù)流雙向互動的新型供用電關(guān)系的重要手段,是有效提升供電服務(wù)水平,樹立供電企業(yè)品牌價值的重要途徑,而營業(yè)廳互動化建設(shè)必須以有效的互動化支撐技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)。文中從相關(guān)技術(shù)、硬件設(shè)備、管理軟件三個方面進行研究分析,研制了一套適用于營業(yè)廳互動化建設(shè)、優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶服務(wù)、統(tǒng)一運營管理的綜合應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。本文首先分析了適用于互動化服務(wù)、設(shè)備通信、信息集成的RFID技術(shù)、WebService通信和面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了智能營業(yè)終端、新型排隊評價設(shè)備、身份識別設(shè)備的設(shè)計方法、研制了一套互動化營業(yè)廳服務(wù)管理軟件,基于以上設(shè)備和應(yīng)用軟件構(gòu)建出一套綜合的營業(yè)廳互動化服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本論文的研究成果已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于中新天津生態(tài)城互動化營業(yè)廳建設(shè)以及天津市營業(yè)廳統(tǒng)一運營管理之中,經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場長時間的不間斷運行,表明該系統(tǒng)具有高可靠性、高可用性、高可維護性,為電力企業(yè)取得了一定的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,同時為電力企業(yè)提升客戶服務(wù)水平、樹立品牌價值做出了貢獻。
[Abstract]:The interactive construction of business hall is an important means to realize the two-way interaction of power flow, information flow and business flow between power customers and power supply enterprises, and it is also an effective way to improve the level of power supply service. The important way to establish the brand value of power supply enterprises is to build the interactive business hall based on the effective interactive supporting technology. This paper studies and analyzes the related technology, hardware equipment and management software, and develops a comprehensive application system which is suitable for the interactive construction of business hall, high quality customer service and unified operation and management. This paper first analyzes the RFID technology, Web Service communication and object oriented technology, which is suitable for interactive service, device communication, information integration, and then puts forward the design method of intelligent business terminal, new queue evaluation equipment and identity identification device. A set of interactive business hall service management software is developed, and a comprehensive interactive service system is constructed based on the above equipment and application software. The research results of this paper have been applied to the construction of interactive business hall of Tianjin ecological city and the unified operation management of Tianjin business hall. After running continuously for a long time, it shows that the system has high reliability and high availability. The high maintainability has achieved certain economic and social benefits for electric power enterprises, and has contributed to the promotion of customer service level and the establishment of brand value for electric power enterprises.
