交流特高壓變電站站用變保護(hù)技術(shù)方案

【摘要】:特高壓交流變電站站用電系統(tǒng)通常采用2級(jí)降壓的方式,2級(jí)串聯(lián)變壓器的主保護(hù)差動(dòng)需引接110 kV和380 V側(cè)的CT電流。在低壓側(cè)故障時(shí),低壓側(cè)電流有幾十千安培,而折算到高壓側(cè)僅幾百安培,由于兩側(cè)電流數(shù)據(jù)相差較大,給站用變的CT選型及站用變保護(hù)的配置、原理、整定帶來一些問題。通過研究"皖電東送"特高壓工程的淮南變電站低壓側(cè)設(shè)備配置方案和接線方式,結(jié)合實(shí)際工程情況及設(shè)備參數(shù),分析了特高壓交流變電站站用變保護(hù)的特殊問題。提出采用一套保護(hù)裝置中配置雙套電流轉(zhuǎn)換插件及兩套差動(dòng)保護(hù)、后備保護(hù)的技術(shù)方案,并建立動(dòng)模系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證了該原理方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:The main protection differential of UHV AC substation power station usually adopts two stage step-down mode and the main protection differential of the two-stage series transformer needs to lead to the CT current of 110kV and 380V side. In the low-voltage side fault, the low-voltage side current has tens of thousands of amperes, but the conversion to the high-voltage side is only a few hundred amperes. Due to the large difference in the data of the two sides of the current, the CT type selection for the station and the configuration and principle of the transformer protection for the station bring some problems. By studying the configuration scheme and connection mode of the low-voltage side equipment in Huainan substation, combining with the actual engineering situation and equipment parameters, the special problems of transformer protection for UHV AC substation are analyzed. In this paper, a technical scheme with two sets of current conversion plug-in and two sets of differential protection and backup protection in a set of protective devices is proposed, and the feasibility of the principle scheme is verified by establishing a dynamic model system.
