【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)的安全隨著電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大變得越來(lái)越重要。斷路器作為保護(hù)電力系統(tǒng)的重要裝置,對(duì)它的工作狀態(tài)要求更高。所以,基于對(duì)高壓斷路器的狀態(tài)評(píng)估和分析成為必須。為了對(duì)高壓斷路器的檢修能夠不再像過(guò)去一樣定期檢修,保障電網(wǎng)能夠安全運(yùn)行,通過(guò)各種方法準(zhǔn)確地獲得當(dāng)前斷路器的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)是關(guān)鍵,這對(duì)于電網(wǎng)的科學(xué)管理,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高有著非常重要的作用。本文通過(guò)分析高壓斷路器狀態(tài)檢修現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)當(dāng)前有關(guān)高壓斷路器狀態(tài)評(píng)估的方法進(jìn)行了介紹,引入可信性理論來(lái)對(duì)高壓斷路器的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。首先進(jìn)行高壓斷路器狀態(tài)評(píng)估的參數(shù)分析,分別對(duì)機(jī)械試驗(yàn)、電氣試驗(yàn)、開(kāi)斷磨損、泄漏試驗(yàn)以及其它因素五個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,考慮到高壓斷路器的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,以及各個(gè)因素的影響,確定高壓斷路器狀態(tài)評(píng)估的各個(gè)影響因素,這些影響因素作為對(duì)高壓斷路器狀態(tài)評(píng)估模型的評(píng)判因素;對(duì)評(píng)判因素進(jìn)行多層次的目標(biāo)分解,建立的高壓斷路器狀態(tài)綜合評(píng)估模型是基于可信性理論以及斷路器的內(nèi)在作用機(jī)理;評(píng)判因素的不同,將會(huì)影響高壓斷路器狀態(tài)評(píng)估狀態(tài),因此通過(guò)改進(jìn)的層次分析法,省去一致性檢驗(yàn),而計(jì)算確定了各個(gè)評(píng)判因素的權(quán)重值;由于影響因素本身所具有的特點(diǎn),基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法建立了評(píng)判因素的隸屬函數(shù);最后通過(guò)計(jì)算可信性評(píng)估向量,對(duì)高壓斷路器的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行可信性評(píng)估;诳尚判岳碚摳邏簲嗦菲鳡顟B(tài)評(píng)估方法建立了評(píng)估軟件,具有較好的準(zhǔn)確性和良好的應(yīng)用前景。然后通過(guò)算例分析,證實(shí)通過(guò)可信性理論綜合評(píng)判方法將評(píng)判參數(shù)結(jié)合起來(lái),能夠正確的對(duì)高壓斷路器運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,及時(shí)獲得高壓斷路器的當(dāng)前工作狀態(tài),從而判斷是否對(duì)高壓斷路器進(jìn)行檢修,避免浪費(fèi);诳尚判岳碚摰姆椒闋顟B(tài)檢修提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:The security of power system becomes more and more important with the expansion of power grid scale. As an important device to protect power system, circuit breaker requires higher working condition. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the state of high voltage circuit breaker. In order to make the overhaul of high voltage circuit breaker not as regular as in the past, and to ensure the safe operation of the power network, it is crucial to obtain the current operating state of the circuit breaker accurately through various methods, which is very important for the scientific management of the power network. And the improvement of economic benefits has a very important role. By analyzing the status quo of condition maintenance of high voltage circuit breakers, this paper introduces the current methods of state evaluation of high voltage circuit breakers, and introduces the theory of credibility to evaluate the state of high voltage circuit breakers. Firstly, the parameter analysis of the state evaluation of high voltage circuit breaker is carried out. Five parameters, mechanical test, electrical test, breaking wear, leakage test and other factors, are analyzed respectively, considering the actual operation situation of high voltage circuit breaker. As well as each factor's influence, determines each influence factor of the high voltage circuit breaker condition evaluation, these influence factors as the appraisal factor to the high voltage circuit breaker condition evaluation model, carries on the multi-level objective decomposition to the appraisal factor, The comprehensive evaluation model of high voltage circuit breakers is based on the credibility theory and the inherent mechanism of the circuit breaker. Different judging factors will affect the state evaluation of high voltage circuit breakers, so the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the state of high voltage circuit breakers. The weight of each evaluation factor is determined by calculation without consistency test. Because of the characteristics of the influencing factors, the membership function of the evaluation factor is established based on fuzzy mathematics. Finally, the credibility evaluation vector is calculated. Evaluate the reliability of high voltage circuit breaker. The evaluation software is established based on the credibility theory, which has good accuracy and good application prospect. Then through the analysis of an example, it is proved that the evaluation parameters can be correctly evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation method of credibility theory, and the current working state of the high voltage circuit breaker can be obtained in time. In order to determine whether to repair the high-voltage circuit breaker, to avoid waste. The method based on credibility theory provides a new way for condition maintenance.
