含分布式電源的配電通信方案與評價(jià)模型研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,新增配變等配電線路設(shè)施數(shù)量急劇增加,饋電線路走廊資源越來越少,配網(wǎng)建設(shè)及運(yùn)行管理面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。根據(jù)我國新能源政策的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,未來分布式電源大規(guī)模并網(wǎng)是解決傳統(tǒng)發(fā)電污染問題的必然方向。針對分布式電源并網(wǎng)的技術(shù)方案和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),專家學(xué)者們已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了大量的研究,也取得了一定的研究成果?偨Y(jié)分布式電源在國內(nèi)存在的并網(wǎng)難點(diǎn)問題,可歸結(jié)信息通信技術(shù)上的障礙使其并網(wǎng)時(shí)的潮流、諧波、安全運(yùn)行等方面問題產(chǎn)生時(shí)不能有效的動(dòng)作。 本文總結(jié)了分布式電源并網(wǎng)和智能配電網(wǎng)的通信需求,提出了適合各類業(yè)務(wù)的通信方式,以此為基礎(chǔ)采用骨干層、接入層、匯聚層的三層結(jié)構(gòu)建立了含分布式電源的配電通信系統(tǒng)和建設(shè)方案。分析了IEC61850和IEEE1547標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對分布式電源并網(wǎng)的相關(guān)規(guī)定,按照國網(wǎng)關(guān)于配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的導(dǎo)則和技術(shù)導(dǎo)則提出了完整的分布式電源并網(wǎng)信息需求、分布式電源分類方法和面向?qū)ο蟮男畔⒔7椒?建立了并網(wǎng)分布式電源與電網(wǎng)交互的信息模型。最后結(jié)合具體地區(qū)通信業(yè)務(wù)的需求和并網(wǎng)地區(qū)的特點(diǎn),研究各通信技術(shù)與DER并網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的匹配性,對DER并入10kV站的不同通信方式創(chuàng)建了共性的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)一步采用模糊一致的AHP評價(jià)方法,對各通信方式進(jìn)行評價(jià)并給出指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the number of new distribution line facilities such as distribution transformer increases sharply, and the resources of feed line corridor are less and less. The construction of distribution network and the management of distribution network are faced with severe challenges. According to the development strategy of China's new energy policy, large-scale grid connection of distributed power sources is the inevitable direction to solve the problem of traditional generation pollution in the future. Experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the technical scheme and standard of distributed power grid connection, and have also obtained some research results. This paper summarizes the difficult problems of connecting to the grid of distributed power supply in China, which can be attributed to the obstacles in information and communication technology that make the problems of power flow, harmonics and safe operation not effective when they are connected to the grid. This paper summarizes the communication requirements of distributed power generation and smart distribution network, and puts forward a communication mode suitable for all kinds of services. Based on this, the backbone layer and access layer are adopted. The three-layer structure of the convergent layer establishes the distribution communication system with distributed power supply and the construction scheme. This paper analyzes the relevant regulations of IEC61850 and IEEE1547 on the grid connection of distributed power generation, and puts forward the complete information requirements of grid connection of distributed generation according to the national network guidelines and technical guidelines on distribution network planning. The information model of the interaction between distributed power supply and power grid is established by the classification method of distributed power generation and the object-oriented information modeling method. Finally, according to the demand of communication services in specific areas and the characteristics of grid-connected areas, this paper studies the matching between various communication technologies and the network connection services of der, and creates a common evaluation index system for different communication modes in which der is incorporated into 10kV stations. Furthermore, the fuzzy consistent AHP method is used to evaluate each communication mode and give some guidance suggestions.
