變電站直流系統(tǒng)中IEC 61850的工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:IEC61850代表了變電站自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)SAS的最新趨勢,是數(shù)字化、智能化變電站的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。本文首先基于IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立變電站直流電源系統(tǒng)的信息模型,該模型可準(zhǔn)確描述直流設(shè)備的特定狀態(tài)和控制方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)邏輯裝置、邏輯節(jié)點(diǎn)的定義并根據(jù)實(shí)際工況完成特定數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)象類的信息擴(kuò)充。本文提出該數(shù)字化建模方案的目的是針對(duì)直流母線人工倒排操作過程中的不安全因素,通過引入IEC61850協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)的IED設(shè)備,利用MMS通信服務(wù)和GOOSE/SV快速報(bào)文組播相結(jié)合的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸方式實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)直流操作閘刀的遙控分合以及閉鎖控制。避免在原有變電站直流系統(tǒng)中增加電氣閉鎖回路的難度,降低工程施工量,有利于解決采用該協(xié)議前各種裝置互操作不易實(shí)現(xiàn)的弊端,減少重復(fù)性資金投入。本文的創(chuàng)新之處是確定直流操作閘刀采用“增強(qiáng)安全的操作前選擇控制”狀態(tài)機(jī),并配合該狀態(tài)機(jī)的工作流程,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)三種判決邏輯參與閘刀閉鎖控制的判決過程,直觀反映相關(guān)邏輯節(jié)點(diǎn)中數(shù)據(jù)的互鎖關(guān)聯(lián)。最后為了將理論應(yīng)用到工程實(shí)際,嘗試將基于IEC 61850信息建模的閘刀閉鎖控制的虛擬模型移植到直流測控裝置中,并提出相應(yīng)的軟、硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案。本文希望在直流電源系統(tǒng)中引入該智能化、數(shù)字化改造的方案,從而有效確保重要報(bào)文數(shù)據(jù)的正確性,提高直流系統(tǒng)的供電可靠性。
[Abstract]:IEC61850 represents the latest trend of SAS in substation automation system. It is the key technology of digital and intelligent substation. Firstly, based on IEC61850 standard, the information model of DC power system in substation is set up. This model can accurately describe the specific state and control mode of DC equipment, and realize the relevant logic device and logical node. In this paper, the purpose of this digital modeling scheme is to solve the unsafe factors in the process of manual reverse operation of the DC bus, by introducing the IED device designed by the IEC61850 protocol, and using the network transmission of the MMS communication service and the GOOSE/SV fast packet multicast. The method realizes the remote control and closing control of the DC operating brake knife. It avoids the difficulty of increasing the electrical locking loop in the original substation DC system and reduces the construction quantity. It is beneficial to solve the malpractice of the interoperability of various devices before the agreement and reduce the reduplication capital input. The innovation of this paper is to determine the straight line. The flow operation knife uses the "enhanced safe pre operation selection control" state machine and matches the working process of the state machine, and designs the decision process of three kinds of decision logic to participate in the lock control of the knife, and directly reflects the interlocking correlation of the data in the related logic nodes. Finally, in order to apply the theory to the engineering practice, the experiment will be based on the IEC 61. 850 the virtual model of the brake lock control of the information modeling is transplanted into the DC measurement and control device, and the corresponding software and hardware design scheme is put forward. This paper hopes to introduce the intelligent and digital transformation scheme in the DC power supply system, thus effectively ensuring the correctness of the important message data and improving the reliability of the power supply of the DC system.
