直流微網(wǎng)混合式零電壓開關(guān)直流斷路器

【摘要】:隨著分布式電源技術(shù)的發(fā)展,直流微網(wǎng)是未來發(fā)展的新方向,應(yīng)用于直流微網(wǎng)快速保護的直流斷路器是推動微網(wǎng)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。為此根據(jù)直流微網(wǎng)的保護要求提出了一種快速保護的混合式零電壓開關(guān)(ZVS)直流斷路器總體方案,設(shè)計了混合式直流斷路器的結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng),并對其關(guān)鍵技術(shù):基于快速斥力機構(gòu)的真空開關(guān),IGBTs并聯(lián)技術(shù)和限壓技術(shù)展開了研究。最后基于Mayr電弧模型和真空開關(guān)電弧電壓建立了ZVS混合式直流斷路器的仿真模型,仿真得到了混合式斷路器的電流轉(zhuǎn)移特性和開斷配合特性。最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,綜合得到了400 V/2 500 A開斷電流10 k A,閉合時間200μs,開斷故障電流時間2 ms的混合式直流斷路器總體方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of distributed power generation technology, DC microgrid is a new direction in the future. DC circuit breaker used in DC microgrid protection is the key technology to promote the development of microgrid. According to the protection requirements of DC microgrid, this paper presents an overall scheme of hybrid zero-voltage switch (ZVS) DC circuit breaker with fast protection, and designs the structure and control system of hybrid DC circuit breaker. The key technologies, such as vacuum switch IGBTs parallel connection and voltage limiting technology based on fast repulsive force mechanism, are studied. Finally, the simulation model of ZVS hybrid DC circuit breaker is established based on Mayr arc model and vacuum switch arc voltage. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, the overall scheme of the hybrid DC circuit breaker with 400 V / 2 500A on-off current 10 Ka, closing time 200 渭 s and switching fault current time 2 Ms is obtained.
